农用运输车车架动静态有限元分析

【摘要】 农用动力四轮运输车是供农村生产作业的运输车辆,本文利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对该车型在静态和动态工作状态下的应力分布情况、固有频率和振型、随机响应以及疲劳寿命情况都进行了系统分析、计算和讨论,指出了车架的危险部位,提出了改进方案,为产品改型设计、承载能力等提供了依据。本文建立了以板壳单元为基本单元的车架有限元计算模型,在此模型基础上首先进行了静应力分析,得到车架在各种工况下的应力分布;其次对车架作模态分析,得到车架的各阶固有频率和固有振型;接着在模态分析基础上作随机振动分析,得到车架在路面激励下的位移响应和应力响应,最后作车架的疲劳寿命分析,得到车架的累计使用系数,并根据这些计算结果对车架的静态和动态性能做了相应的分析评价。本文对农用运输四轮车车架的有限元分析方法和过程,适用于其它类型四轮车辆车架的设计与分析。

【Abstract】 The four-wheel tractor is a kind of vehicle designed for field task. In this paper, by using the super FEM analysis software ANSYS. Frame FEM computation model is established with shell as basic unit. Based on this model, firstly, static stress is analyzed and the stress distribution of frame under various static working condition is attained; secondly, modal analysis of frame is carried out and natural frequency and modes of this frame is received ,random response and fatigue life. In terms of the FEM computation results, the performance of the frame under static and dynamic working environment is analyzed and evaluated. The weaker parts are pointed out and the improved scheme and design are put forward .The basis is also provide for the tractor’ design and improvement.The method and process of frame FEM analysis on four-wheel tractor in this paper are applied to the design and analysis of all kinds of four-wheel vehicles.
