A企业ERP系统规划与实施研究

【摘要】 本文针对A企业的实际情况和需求,深入进行了ERP实施方案和规划的研究,研究内容如下:(1)从A企业的实际情况出发,深入分析了企业的管理现状及其存在问题,论证了实施企业资源计划(ERP)是企业适应自身发展和市场竞争的需要,论证了ERP实施实施需求,同时为ERP系统规划选择确定了合适的方法。(2)提出了企业宏观管理评估指标体系和加权平均评估方法,结合A企业的竞争环境和发展目标,对企业宏观管理进行了分析和评估,提出了管理体制、组织架构、激励与考核分配制度的优化方案。(3)提出了基于PIECE的业务流程评估方法,应用该方法对A企业现有业务流程进行了分析评估,提出了销售、生产计划、作业与外协、采购与库存、成本、质量以及设备管理的业务流程优化方案。(4)在对A企业主要业务流程规范化设计基础上,提出了ERP系统总体规划方案、功能体系结构及网络结构。(5)规划提出了A企业ERP系统的总体实施方案,包括:培训、进度计划、组织人员配备、实施方法、质量控制方法以及实施风险防范与控制方法。(6)对提出的规划和方案,给出了实施验证结果。实施验证表明,所提出的规划和方案合理、适应企业的客观情况,达成了预定的实施目标,提升了企业的管理水平。通过对A企业ERP系统总体规划和实施研究,说明实施ERP系统是目前提升该企业管理、整合公司资源及加快信息化建设的最佳途径。同时,对于相关制造企业成功实施ERP系统方面有一定的借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 This paper is about the research of the ERP planning and implementation in a manufacturing enterprise, the contents are as follows:(1) From the actual situation, analysis the enterprise’s management and problems, particularly in the enterprise management information system, demonstrate the implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is to adapt their own development and market competition, and also demonstrate the implementation of the ERP implementation needs, give the appropriate method to choose while planning for the ERP system.(2) The combination of the environment and the competitiveness of the enterprises development goals, analysis and assess the strategic management of enterprise, optimize the organizational structure, the incentives and evaluation of the distribution system.(3) The strategic management objectives on the existing business processes are analyzed, and research the optimization of business process management in the sales, production planning, operations, procurement and inventory, cost, quality and equipment.(4) Based on the standardized design of enterprise business processes, research the general plan for ERP system, functional architecture and network architecture.(5) A plan is proposed about ERP system implementation, including: training, programming, organizational staffing, implementation methods, quality control methods and the implementation of risk prevention and control methods.(6) After the planning and program implementation test results are given. Implementation verification shows that the planning and implementation reasonable, and the results reaches the intended targets, improves the enterprise’s management level.Through the research of ERP system planning and implementation, the implementation of the ERP system upgrades the management of enterprises, and accelerates the integration of corporate resources and information the best way to building. Meanwhile, this paper also gives a reference about how to successful and effective implement ERP systems for the relevant manufacturing companies to introduce new technology and management.
