【摘要】 随着人类步入信息化社会,战争形态也随之由机械化战争向信息化战争转变。信息化战争是以信息和统一的信息技术平台为基础,以信息化武器装备为战争工具的战争。信息化战争要求军事及军事后勤诸方面,必须以标准化为基础、数字化为手段、以信息技术为平台,实现战争的网络化、智能化。信息化的卫勤保障是信息化战争的重要组成部分,是为了适应信息化战争条件下的战伤救治所必须完成的一项工作。在卫勤信息化过程中,战伤诊断信息的标准化、数字化,是整个信息化进程中最基本且必然经历的一项研究工作。战伤诊断源于对战伤信息的归纳和总结,其直接的目的是为战伤救治提供指导依据。随着战争的形态不断变化,战争中战伤发生的形态也随之不断变化,为了适应这种变化,必须对信息化战争条件下所发生的战伤信息进行系统的研究。任何战伤诊断都有其时效性,同时由于战场环境的特殊性,战伤分级救治的客观性,在构建战伤诊断时就要充分考虑到战伤诊断的实用性、适需性,即战伤诊断的构建应符合时效救治、分级救治、模糊救治的客观救治需求。本研究通过文献调研及专家咨询的方法,对战伤诊断体系进行了系统分析,提出了战伤诊断体系包括:战伤要素诊断、战伤并发症诊断、战伤疾病诊断。将由伤部、解剖结构、伤类、伤型、损伤程度所构成的战伤诊断方法定义为:战伤5要素诊断方法,并对上述5个要素中的子要素进行了分类及标准化研究,在此基础上编制了战伤5要素诊断的诊断编码谱。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of information, the types of war transformed from mechanization to information. Information-based war is based on information and related technology platform , using informationalized weapon and equipment as it’s tool. Under information-based war, the military and military health support must be standardized and digitized and make good use of information technology to realize the network and intelligentification of war.Information-based health support is the main part of information-based war and is an important task to be accomplished so as to meet the need of wound treatment under information war. The standardization and digitization is the basic and important work in the process of information.The diagnosis of wounded is the timely use of wounded information so as to provide guide for the treatment. With the continue change of war form, the types of the wound is relatively changed. So systematic research of wound information is necessary.The diagnosis of war wound is time effect related. Because of the specificity of the war environment and need of rescue by stages, the build of wound diagnosis must meet the need of time-effect treatment, stages rescue.In this research, the method of literature investigation and experts consultation were used to analyze the wound diagnosis system, and elements of wound diagnosis methods were provided: the diagnosis of wound elements, the diagnosis of wound complication, the diagnosis of wound diseases. The 5 elements diagnosis methods of wound position, anatomy structure, wound classification and wound degree were put forward. The sub-elements of the five elements were classified and standardized, and the diagnosis code spectrum of 5 elements of wound were established .更多还原
