双辅管密相气力输送系统设计及实验研究

【摘要】 气力输送是利用气体(空气)将物料从一处搬运到另一处的输送方式。随着科技的发展,气力输送系统被广泛应用于工业中,由于气力输送为气固两相流,内部流型复杂,本文针对粉料的流动性和气力输送理论进行了分析研究,设计了新型双辅管炭黑密相气力输送系统,以炭黑这种粉料为被输送物质,提出了炭黑气力输送工艺流程,分析了影响输送过程的几种因素,并进行了炭黑气力输送实验及实验数据的分析。本文主要进行了以下卓有成效的研究并取得了满意的结果:1、分析了气力输送发展趋势及意义,叙述了当前的状况及存在的问题;2、气力输送基本理论及气力输送系统的特点,按照不同的方式进行了气力输送系统的分类;3、论述了粉料的基本性质如粒子尺寸、粒子密度、粒子形状等与气力输送系统类型的选择的关系,并对颗粒群在管道中运动方程进行了分析研究;4、在进行气力输送系统的设计前,首先要分析物料的物性、了解现场的使用要求及土建厂房布局,然后根据设计参数及实际情况进行计算,再进行气力输送装置选型及设计,并进行安装调试和实验;5、为了更好地设计双辅管炭黑密相气力输送系统,本论文提出了设计必须考虑的几个主要基本参数,如输送速度、料气比、输送压力损失等。由于弯管磨损、输送物料的流态化及除尘装置对气力输送系统使用有影响,因此在设计时要一并考虑;6、通过炭黑实验,与单辅管密相气力输送系统相比,双辅管密相炭黑气力输送系统的性能有了进一步的提高,具有输送能力提高、耗气量减小、料气比增大、炭黑破碎率降低等很多优点;7、本文设计的双辅管密相气力输送系统,是以炭黑为被输送物料,分析认为该系统可以推广到与炭黑物性类似所的物料的输送。最后,对本文的研究工作进行了总结陈述,对以后双辅管密相气力输送在气力输送中得到进一步的优化研究提出了展望。

【Abstract】 The pneumatic conveying uses gas to blow solids from one place to another place. With the scientific development , The pneumatic conveying is widespread availability in industry. Because the pneumatic conveying is gas-solid two-phase flow, the inner flow pattern is complex. This paper discusses the flowing power of the powder lot and the pneumatic conveying theory. The new size two-by-pass dense-phase pneumatic conveying system is designed in paper, as the carton black for conveying power, the pneumatic conveying main device of carton black is designed. This paper analyzes pneumatic conveying carbon black flow chart and some factors in pneumatic conveying,do the experiment of the carton black and the experimental research. In this paper,it discusses the following fruitful research and has achieved satisfactory results.1. The pneumatic conveying setting and meaning is analyzed. The current conditions and existing questions are discussed.2. The paper studies basic pneumatic conveying theories and pneumatic conveying system features.in accordance with the different ways, the pneumatic conveying system has been classified.3. The basic properties of the powder lot is studied, for example, particle size、particle density、particle shape, the relationship between them and the choice of types of pneumatic conveying system. The equation of powder lot motion in the pipeline has been analyzed.4. Before the design of the pneumatic conveying devices, first, this text discusses some basic parameters, know the requirements of the spot employment and the lay of workshop.Then, according to design parameters and the spot facts,we can count.In end, the lectotype and design of the pneumatic conveying, at the same time, instalment,setting and experiment.5. In order to better design of the two-by-pass dense-phase pneumatic conveying system, this paper presents several major basic parameters that the design must take into account, such as transporting velocity, the gas-solid ratio, transporting pressure drop and so on. Because of elbow wear, the fluidizaton of conveying material and ash handling equipments that have an effect on pneumatic conveying system. So we must consider them.6. Through experiment of carbon black, compared single by-pass dense phase pneumatic conveying with this system design.The carbon black system capability of two-by-pass dense-phase pneumatic conveying has been further enhanced. Such as the conveying capability is improved, the consumption of gas is reduced, the gas-solid ratio increases and so on.7. in the carbon black system design of two-by-pass dense-phase pneumatic conveying, as carbon black for conveying material, it can be spreadly applied and convey other materials that have the same characters of the carbon black.In end, we generalize research job, and bring forward expectations in system design optimizations of two-by-pass dense-phase pneumatic conveying in future.
