碾压磨粉机电气控制系统的设计

【摘要】 本文阐述了碾压磨粉机电气控制系统的设计。主要包括碾压磨粉机的研磨结构、带有喂料测速的自动喂料闭环控制装置以及主电机的拖动控制等等;磨粉机的状态以及喂料电机的转速能够实现中文显示,以自动喂料为核心的电气控制系统能与上位机进行通讯。运用自动控制理论和PID控制方法建立了自动喂料系统的控制模型,结合工程实际给予分析,并可用MATLAB进行仿真;运用电机理论对主电机的拖动进行分析,并且提出切实可行的起动和制动方案。以AD89C51单片机为碾压磨粉机电气控制系统的核心,设计输入输出接口、显示等外围电路;特别是在喂料系统的自动控制中,用单片机直接控制步进电机,以及料位测量、转速测定等几个难点技术问题,设计出可行的解决方案;通过分析系统的控制过程,制定出控制策略和一些软件程序;根据磨粉机的工作环境和整机情况,采取了抗干扰等措施。
【Abstract】 The design of electric control system for disc mill is introduced in this article; the system mainly includes the grinding mechanism of disc mill, automatic feeding closed loop control device with feeding velocity measurement and the drag control of main electromotor etc. States of disc mill and velocity of feeding motor can display in Chinese. Automatic feeding is the core of the electric control system that can communicate with PC.Apply automatic control theory and PID control method to generate a model for automatic feeding system, the model is analyzed in practice, simulation using MATLAB. Apply motor theory to analyze the drive of main motor, and propose a feasible program to start and brake.SCM AD89C51 is the core of the system, design peripheral circuits including input and output interface, display etc. Especially in automatic feeding control system, applying SCM to direct control stepper motor, position measurement, speed measurement etc. are key problems. Through analyzing the process of the system, design feasible program, frame control strategy and some soft procedures. According to work environment and complete machine situation, adopt anti-jamming measure etc.
