水泥砂浆包装机背压式喂料原理的研究

【摘要】 随着水泥行业的发展,水泥包装机械也得到了快速的发展。近年来,随着客户要求的多样化,同时为满足包装的要求,出现了水泥和砂浆混合包装的装袋方式,相应地出现了背压式水泥砂浆包装机。本文介绍了水泥产品的应用及市场情况,对不同喂料方式的水泥包装机进行了简要的对比与分析。针对国内市场上水泥包装机的现状及存在的问题,为了给国内包装机生产厂家提供一定的技术支持,运用数值模拟的方法,对水泥砂浆包装机背压式喂料原理进行了深入的探讨。利用商业计算流体力学软件FLUENT,以水泥砂浆混合物为分析对象,采用单相流模型,对水泥砂浆混合物在重力作用下的自由流动进行了模拟,探讨了速度场的分布情况,并与理论计算进行了对比。采用多相流模型中的欧拉模型,对只提供主背压和提供全部背压两种情况下包装机内部三维流场进行数值模拟,探讨了出口速度及包装能力与背压之间的关系。通过MATLAB软件对模拟结果进行拟合,得出了生产能力及出口速度与所提供背压之间的关系曲线,从而为包装机参数的优化提供一定的研究资料。结合多方面的资料和书籍,总结出了单相流模型和多相流模型模拟过程的具体步骤和各项操作的采用条件,并对模拟中经常出现的问题进行了概括和解说,为类似模型的模拟提供了一定的资料和经验。

【Abstract】 As the development of the cement industry,cement packing machinery is well developed.In recent years,because of the diversity of the customer and the packing requirements,cement and mortar begin to be packed mixed, and cement mortar packer according to the air type filling system is put out. In this paper, application and market status of cement products are introduced,various typies of filling system of cement packers are analysised and contrasted briefly. In order to find out ways to solve problems about the cement packer appeared domestic recently, and to provide theory guidance for internal cement packer factories, numerical simulation is used in the study to research the air type filling rationale of the cement mortar packer.Numerical simulation of the cement mortar flowing in gravitational field in a cement mortar packer has been investigated using computational fluid dynamics package with single-phase flow model. Velocity disposition of the flow is researched and explained,and the simulation result is contrasted with theoretical analysis result.Numerical simulation of the cement mortar flowing by a brief air pressure and by all air pressures in a cement mortar packer has been investigated using FLUENT software with Eulerian model of the two-phase flow model.The relationship between velocity and production capability and pressure supplied is studied.By using MATLAB software,the curves about production capability and pressure supplied is drew,which can be used to optimize the parameters of this packer.Calculating processes of single-phase flow model and multiphase flow model, including purpose and means of various menus, are put forward, with the help of many books and data on computational fluid dynamics. Problems which often come into being in simulation process are accounted for. All of these are important information for similar numerical simulation.
