海拉尔贝尔地区水敏储层化学压裂技术研究

【摘要】 随着海拉尔盆地勘探与开发的深入,贝尔区块开发的矛盾进一步表现出来,从贝301和贝302两口探井南二段油层岩心水敏实验结果来看,其水敏指数达到了0.96~0.99,属于强水敏类型储层。这种储层,如果采用常规压裂,压裂液就会对储层造成伤害,既影响压裂改造效果又影响对储层的评价与开发。随着油田开发的深入,压裂改造成本成为评价该技术可行性的重要指标,针对于以上两个方面,我们进行了强水敏储层低伤害复合压裂液研究、压裂施工用支撑剂的研究和压裂施工工艺方面的研究。通过大量实验,确定了以羟丙基胍胶和JBX高聚物为稠化剂、以DLYF-1为岩石稳定剂、以DF919为助排剂的复合压裂液体系为施工压裂液体系;确定了以石英砂尾追陶粒的方法(陶粒-石英砂-陶粒)为施工加砂工艺。经过现场施工检验,取得了良好的效果。

【Abstract】 With the exploration and development of the Hailar Basin, the exploitation contradictions of Bei’er region was become clear. From the water-sensitive experiment of K1n2 core in Bei 301 and 302 exploratory wells, it was indicated that the water sensitive indexes was between 0.96 to 0.99, so it belonged to strong water sensitivity reservoir. For this kind of reservoir, conventional fracturing fluid will destroy the reservoir, not only affect fracturing treatment effect but also impact the evaluation and exploitation to the reservoir. With the exploitation of the oilfield, the cost of fracturing treatment become important index of evaluating the technical feasibility. For the two points above, we studied the low damage complex fracturing fluid for strong water sensitive reservoir, the proppants used in fracturing and the technology of fracturing. Through experiments, HPG and JBX polymer were used as thickening agent, and DLYF-1 and DF919 were used as clay stabilizer and cleanup additive in complex fracturing fluid system. In addition, the technology of superadding quartz sand in the end (ceramisite - quartz sand - ceramisite) was determined, and the effect was very good by field construction.
