区域约束混凝土梁抗剪性能的试验研究

【摘要】 区域约束混凝土结构是在约束混凝土研究的基础上发展起来的新的结构形式。区域约束混凝土是采用纵筋和箍筋组成的约束钢筋在特定的区域对混凝土进行的有效约束,由于约束钢筋提高了混凝土的变形能力及强度,约束区是以一个独立的小构件形式工作,从而使构件的承载力和延性性能得到有效提高。与普通约束混凝土相比,区域约束混凝土的约束机制发生了改变,使得构件及截面的不同区域有不同的约束强度及延性,同时改变了构件的破坏形态。利用区域约束,能有效提高结构的抗震性能及安全度。由于承载力及抗震性能提高,在同样的荷载条件下,可以较大幅度地降低梁高,提高房屋的使用空间,降低材料及能源消耗,从而产生良好的经济效益。本文通过3根集中荷载作用下的简支梁(一根普通钢筋混凝土梁及两根为不同箍筋间距约束的约束混凝土梁)抗剪对比试验,对区域约束混凝土梁的受剪破坏的全过程、开裂荷载、极限承载力、斜裂缝的分布形态、破坏形态、钢筋应变分布以及影响抗剪强度的因素进行了分析研究,结果证明,区域约束混凝土梁在提高抗剪承载力的同时,还可以增加斜裂截面抵抗剪切变形的能力。由于上部约束区以独立构件工作,在加载后期有效的限制了斜裂缝的开展,可以改善梁剪切破坏的突然性。
【Abstract】 Regional Confined Concrete (RCC) is a newly developed structure based on the research of normal confined concrete (NCC). The confined area acted an independence small element form with work. The RCC promotes the load-carrying capacity and ductility of concrete elements efficiently by confining the concrete with longitudinal bars and stirrups where are needed.Compared with NCC, RCC has its own mechanical property and different failure mode due to the change of confining configuration.The anti-seismic capacity and safety margin can be improved if the RCC is applied to structures. The RCC reduces the section of elements efficiently therefore the clear space of house can be increased and the material and energy saved.Three beams with un-integral supports subjected to shear forces are tested in the research project including’ one NCC beam and two RCC beams. Analyses are conducted focusing on the resisting shear capacity, forming of cracks, failure modes, longitudinal bars and stirrups work behaviors. Results shown that the RCC improved the resisting shear capacity and delayed the failure.
