【摘要】 信息化建设是现代企业走向广泛市场参与竞争的基础工作,对企业的生存和发展起着至关重要的作用,它影响着企业的管理效率和管理的科学实效性,也影响着企业的长远利益。基于网络的企业资源规划(ERP-Enterprise Resources Planning)系统代表了当前集成化企业管理系统的思想理论。它更加面向市场、面向经营等决定企业命运的要素,完善地实施ERP系统,就可以做到科学、实时规划企业的各种资源,高效运用和调配企业资源,使企业流程快速、有序、有效地运转,从而提高管理效率,增强企业的市场反应能力。东北电讯研究所是集电子整机研发、生产和服务于一体的科研机构,为了不断适应越来越复杂的科研生产管理,该所于2005年开始实施ERP的信息化建设工作,作者承担了ERP系统需求分析、方案设计和实施工作,通过两年的努力,该所的ERP系统开始试运行,运行情况证明了需求分析的准确性、方案设计的合理性,保证了企业各项流程的有效运转,降低了管理岗位劳动强度,极大地提高了管理效率。作者阅读了大量有关资料,对企业实施ERP进行了分析、方案设计及实施研究,为避免企业在信息化建设中走弯路提供了可借鉴的资料。两年来,作者完成了东北电讯研究所基于网络的企业资源规划(ERP)系统的系统需求分析和系统方案的设计工作,确定了管理的各个模块应该具有适宜本企业的各项功能要求,并对一些重要问题进行了重点分析,针对能力分析、加工过程动态管理、工序排队问题进行了研究,形成了比较完整的解决方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 ERP- Enterprise Resources Planning System based on net represented the theory of modern integrated enterprise management system. It was geared further to market, management and other elements that decided the fate of the enterprise. ERP System were implemented completely, market reaction capacity of enterprise would be increased. ERP System emphasized broad sense supply chain (outside supply insurance and inside manufacturer process of enterprise)of and business flow; programmed each resource of enterprise scenically and real-timely; used the resource of the enterprise efficiently and made the enterprise flow operated fast, orderly, and effectively.The Northeast Telegraphic Dispatch Institute was a scientific research institution in which integrated electronic assembled machinery research and development, manufacturer and service. In order to adapt to the more complicated scientific research and manufacturer management, the institution started ERP informational construction from 2005, the author undertaken the requirement analyses and requirement plans design of ERP System. Through two years effort, the ERP System started pre-operating, the operated condition proved that the requirement plans were accurate and feasible. It ensured the each flow of enterprise to be operated effectively; decreased labor intensity of management post; increased the management efficiency largely.The author read a vast amount of related data. He made a summary of beneficent system analyses and design method. Therefore, he supplied some data we can make use of which avoided detours of enterprise in informational construction.In the two years, author completed ERP system based on net requirement analyses and requirement plans design of The Northeast Telegraphic Dispatch Institute. The work defined that each management model would adapt to every functional requirement of the enterprise, and analyzed some major problems focally which made the second development opened effectively and formed complete solve scheme. For example, the integrate problems in manufacturer (researched the integrate problems in manufacturer according to the product structure and BOM), the working procedure sequence problems in workshop management, dynamic management problems of the plans, etc.更多还原
