采动影响下28变电所耦合加固技术研究

【摘要】 软岩巷道的围岩稳定性控制,尤其是动压软岩巷道的围岩稳定性控制,一直是采矿工程难点问题之一。工作面的开采引起回采空间周围岩层应力重新分布,不仅在回采空间周围的煤柱上造成应力集中,而且它形成的超前支承压力将影响工作面前方巷道围岩的应力分布,造成巷道严重变形失稳。论文针对米村矿28变电所的具体地质采矿条件,运用理论分析、数值模拟、现场试验等方法,详细分析了在28031工作面开采影响下,28变电所围岩应力分布情况及围岩状态,提出了耦合加固技术。文章还分析了耦合加固技术中几个关键问题,研究了支架围岩关系及原有巷道支护失稳破坏原因,探讨了注浆浆液扩散机理,以及不同注浆压力、水灰比、注浆顺序与浆液扩散半径之间的关系、注浆压力随浆液扩散在围岩中的衰减规律。提出了耦合支护技术措施,分析了锚索托梁布置位置、布置方式对支护承载结构补偿作用影响。在上述分析基础上,结合米村矿28变电所的地质条件进行了现场实验。耦合加固技术在现场实践中得到了成功的应用。本论文研究成果为采动影响下巷道支护提供重要的技术参考,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益,对其它相似动压影响的巷道支护有一定的指导意义。本论文有图40幅,表9个,参考文献57篇。

【Abstract】 The steady control of softrock roadway, especially the control under dynamic pressure softrock roadway is always one of the most difficult problems in mining project. The reassigned of stress caused by mining is not only centralized in the coal pillar arounding the mining area, but also transported to the frontage roadways and caused the roadways serious distortion. In relation to the mining geological condition of Micun 28 transformer substation, with theoretical analysis, practical observation and numerical simulation, the main equations of stability of roadways under 28031 working face influenced was analyzed in this thesis. Furthermore, it provided the coupling structure support. Aimed at some key questions of the coupling support structure, the thesis investigated the interaction of support and rock, the failure and instability analysis of roadways; Study on spread principal of grout, the relation of grouting diffusion radius with different grouting pressure, different water cement ratio and different grouting sequence, furthermore, the grouting pressure attenuation rule is analyzed; It has proposed the technical measure of coupling support structure has been proposed, analyzed the impact of the position and arranged the cable joist to structural amendment of support bearing. Based on above analysis, combination with the mining geological condition of 28 transformer substation, the coupling support has been successfully used in engineering and practice. The research achievements of this thesis will provide the important technique reference to support of roadway influenced by the dynamic pressure. With the excellent social and economic benefit, it has great guide significance not only for the experiment roadway, but as to other roadway support under the dynamic pressure influenced.There are 40 figures, 9 tables and 57 references in this thesis.
