【摘要】 本文综述了项目管理存在的问题、项目管理的概念和内容、施工项目管理的一般程序、施工项目成本管理内容以及施工项目成本管理方法。研究提出了项目“精细管理”的基本概念与思路。结合国道206线高速公路第1合同段施工项目成本管理经验、措施,对沥青混凝土路面的施工工艺及费用构成进行了分析,探究了公路路面施工项目成本管理存在的问题,提出了加强成本管理的思路及措施。通过研究分析,揭示集料含水量与沥青混凝土路面工程施工成本增加的关系,并提出沥青混凝土路面施工成本控制中容易忽视的节能降耗的环节及增加利润的措施,说明进行精细管理的重要性和现实意义。论文以集料含水量对沥青混凝土路面施工成本的影响为例,包括影响沥青砼拌合站生产能力的因素、理论计算、统计分析、实例验证及费用增加计算等,以“一场雨的代价”为重要例证,分析论证集料含水量对沥青混凝土路面工程施工成本的影响,揭示了项目“精细管理”对工程质量与盈利水平至关重要的意义与作用;进行精细管理的重要性和现实意义。提出了面对激烈的市场竞争,施工企业要生存、发展必须增强成本控制能力,挖掘节能降耗潜力,提高盈利水平,必须进行项目“精细管理”的重要观点。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper comprehensively states issues causing in the project management, concept and content of the project management, the procedures of project management, as well as the cost control and method of the project construction management. And it also gives the basically concepts and ideas about how to run project construction management carefully.According to experiences and the measures adopted into the construction cost control of contract No.1 of 206 national expressway project, the paper gives a analysis for construction technology of asphalt concrete pavement construction and cost composition, inquires problems existing in cost management of construction of pavement works, and gives some advices and measures for cost management.Through studying and analysis, it is found that aggregates moisture can make construction cost of the asphalt concrete pavement work increased, and saving energy and reducing waste is easy to be ignored in controlling construction cost of asphalt concrete pavement work, so the paper gives methods to increase profits and instructs the importance to carefully manage project and significant to make them adopted in the reality.This paper stated a fact that aggregate moisture can affect the cost of the asphalt and other factors, such as capacity of asphalt concrete mixing plant, theoretical calculation, statistics and analyses, verification of fact example and calculation of the increased expenses, etc. in the text, the paper stated a result of construction cost after a rain, this example fully proved that aggregate moisture can affect construction cost of project, and revealed that carefully managing project is very important and significant to project’s quality and profits. Face to the fierce competition in the market, construction enterprise wants to be survived and be developed, it must enhance capability to control cost, save energy and reduce waste, and improve its profitability level, and firstly it must carefully manage projects.更多还原
