X80管线钢环缝焊接工艺及接头性能研究

【摘要】 本文在认真分析国外有关技术标准及X80管线钢的化学成分及力学性能的基础上,深入研究各合金元素的作用与影响;结合我国近年来的钢厂及管厂的研制实践,提出了国产X80管线钢的化学成分、力学性能等主要技术参数,为编制完善X80管线钢技术条件提供了支持。本文针对X80管线钢环焊缝焊接过程中热影响区的粗化,局部软化与脆化的问题进行了深入的研究,其中包括微量元素氧化物的影响,晶粒大小影响,焊接热输入量的影响等,并提出了具体要求,为制订焊接工艺时保证热影响性能起到了关键作用。本文提出的X80管线钢环焊的工艺设计及技术方案,包括坡口设计,焊材选择,焊接参数确定等。经过多次模拟现场焊接试验,都焊出了完全符合要求的焊接接头。焊接过程中焊接工艺稳定,焊接接头按API 1104标准规定进行力学性能检测,检测结果符合标准要求。该焊接工艺方案可以应用于管线工程实际,对实施X80管线钢的工程应用起到促进作用。本文将药芯焊丝半自动焊应用于高强度、高韧性的X80管线钢环焊过程还是第一次,本研究具有现实的工程实践意义。

【Abstract】 On the basis of the ananlysis and research of the foreign relevant technique standard and the chemistry composition of X80 pipe steel, this dissertation is thorough to study the function and influence of each metal alloy chemical element; Join together the our country in recent years the fulfillment of steel factory and pipe factory researches to manufacture, putting forward the domestic X80 the main technique in function in composition, mechanics in chemistry parameter of the line steel, provided the support for the perfect X80 in establishment the line steel technique requisition.This dissertation contrapose the problem of thickset, the part softened and frailty of the hot influence area at the X80 the pipeline steel welding process to proceed turn the thorough research, including little the influence of the chemical element oxide, the crystal size affects, weld influence of the hot importation deal, and put forward the concrete request, for establish to weld craft guarantee the function of the hot influence rises key function.The technique projects and technics design for the loop weld technology of X80 pipe steel has been proposed in this dissertation, including groove design, welding material selection and welding parameter determinate etc. Passing by the many simulate spot welding to experiment, all weld for completely meeting request , and well to weld technique in the welding process, welding joint according to API 1104 standard resquested proceeding mechanics functions examining, the result up to standard request . The welding technique project can apply the engineering practice and rises very big function for the application of X80 pipeline steel.This dissertation is applied the half-automatic weld in high high strength pipeline steel wreath weld for the first time, this study result has the function of propulsion and promotion to welding technique project of the high strength pipeline steel.
