【摘要】 地铁车站的重要性在地铁建设中被日益提高,其周边土地如何能有效的开发利用成为极具现实意义的课题。合理开发利用地铁车站建筑综合体,可缓解当前存在的很多城市矛盾,满足社会和经济发展的需要。本论文通过分析地铁对城市空间结构的影响,以地铁车站建筑综合体综合开发的理论基础和国内外先进的实践基础为依据,对地铁车站建筑综合体的综合开发,从商业开发、土地利用和建立综合的交通体系三个方面进行重点论述,力图学习其先进的开发手段和开发模式,对我国地铁车站的综合开发建设提出有效的借鉴及参考的依据。论文首先详细介绍了地铁车站建筑综合体的基本概况,包括地铁车站的基本分类和基本特征,国外地铁车站建筑综合体的历史发展纵横;然后通过探讨地铁对城市空间结构的影响,说明地铁车站建筑综合体的建设对我国城市空间的改善具有显著作用,并从理论与实践相结合的角度,对综合开发地铁车站建筑综合体的理念和重点进行探讨;最后从商业开发、土地利用和建立综合交通换乘体系三个角度对如何综合开发地铁车站建筑综合体进行重点分析和探讨,并结合天津地铁西南角站B地块地铁综合体实际工程项目的分析进行说明。更多还原

【Abstract】 The subway station’s importance enhances day by day in subway construction, how to effectively exploit and make use of land surround subway station is becoming have practical significance topic. Through analysis the impact that subway over city space structure, take the theory basis of subway station complex comprehensive exploitation and the advanced home and abroad practice basis as basis. It is aimed at subway station complex comprehensive exploitation, carried on key elaborate from the commercial development, the land utilization and the establishment comprehensive transportation system three aspects. The aim is to learn advanced exploitation means and pattern, and put forward the effective lessons and reference to comprehensive exploitation in subway station.The essay introduced first detailedly the basic general situation of subway station complex, including that subway station fundamental classify and characteristic, abroad subway station complex history develop. Then explained the construction of subway station complex having a remarkable role to city space improvement by discussing an impact of subway over city space structure . And discussed the idea and priority of comprehensive exploitation subway station complex, from the angle that theory with practice . Finally analysed and discussed emphatically that how to synthetical exploitation of subway station complex from three angles that commerce development , land utilization and building-up synthetical traffic, combining with subway station complex in B massif of Southwest subway.更多还原
