LonWorks技术在列车运行安全监测系统中的应用

【摘要】 随着我国经济建设的飞速发展,铁路运输事业在国民经济中所起的作用越来越重要,列车在高速、重载下安全运行成为铁路交通运输发展的大趋势。国家六次提高列车运行速度,以适应经济发展对铁路运输的要求。在这样的前提下,对列车高速重载条件下安全运行的研究就显得尤为重要。通过对轴温、制动缸压力等一系列主要部件参数的检测,列车运行安全监测系统能够随时监测列车运行中的状态参数,判定列车运行是否正常,从而提高列车运行的安全系数和运行效率,最大程度发挥铁路运输的作用。因此,列车运行安全监测系统的高可靠性及功能的完善是列车实现高速、重载和安全的必备条件。人类社会进入信息时代后,网络技术得到迅猛发展,网络所具有的各种优势使网络成为了列车运行安全监测系统的一个完美的解决方案。LonWorks技术拥有优异的开放性和可互操作性,目前广泛地应用于运输、楼宇自动化及部分工业控制领域。LonWorks网络以其特有的性能被越来越多的铁路科技人员所接受,很多铁路科研部门正在从事将此技术应用于列车制动、机车重联、列车通信等方面的研究与开发。本文首先分析了列车运行安全监测系统的国内外现状,论述了研究的意义,接着对LonWorks技术进行了介绍,分析了将LonWorks技术应用于列车运行安全监测系统的可行性。并基于LonWorks通信网络,对列车运行安全监测系统进行了研究,分析了列车运行安全监测系统通信的整体方案。本设计的重心主要集中在列车运行安全监测系统的通信问题上,既系统的通信单元——LON网关,完成了多种方案的比较、分析,基于双口RAM的LON网关软硬件设计及实验室调试,实现了RS485接口和LonWorks网络之间的协议转换,利用该网关能方便地将车厢的各种信息发送到LonWorks列车总线上,实现列车运行安全监测的网络化、信息化,满足了铁路高速、重载形势下对列车运行安全监测系统的要求。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of our country national economy, everything has achieved greater request and more dependence on the railway transportation industry. It has become the major tendency that the train can run safely under the condition of high speed and heavy load. The country improves train operation speed several times in order to adapt to the demand of economic growth. Under such a premise, the research to the train running under the condition of high speed and heavy load appears inevitable and important right away. Through a series of parameters detected of critical piece such as the temperature of axle, the pressure of cylinder, the train running safety monitoring system is able to monitor the running condition of the train at any time, and determine whether the train running normally. Through this way we can enhance the safety and efficiency of train, and highest display the function of railway transportation. Therefore, the high reliability and perfect function of the train running safety monitoring system is necessary that the train can run under the condition of high speed and heavy load.After the human society enters the information times, the network technology has obtained a great development. The various advantage which the network has make it become a perfect solution of the train running safety monitoring system. The LonWorks technology has excellent outstanding openness and interoperability, so it is widely applies to the transportation, the building automation and the industries control domain at president. With its unique properties, the LonWorks network is accepted by more and more railroad technical persons, many railway research departments use this technology to engage in the train braking, linking and communication. This article has first analyzed current situation of the train running safety monitoring system at home and on abroad, discussed the significance of the research, and then carried on the introduction to the LonWorks technology, analyzed the feasibility of using the LonWorks technology to develop the train running safety monitoring system. The article also carried out research on the train running safety monitoring system based on the LonWorks communication network, analyzed and designed the train running safety monitoring system.The center of this design mainly concentrated on communication of the train running safety monitoring system, which is the communication unit - LON gateway. After contrasted and analyzed various schemes, the LON gateway which based on the dual-port RAM was designed from two aspects of software and hardware, and completed the laboratory debugging. It can realize the conversion of the communication protocols between serial port and LonWorks network. Through the gateway , information of each carriage can be easily send to the train LonWorks bus, so that the running condition of the train can be monitored online and informationization, and meet the requirement of railway to the train running safety monitoring system under high-speed and heavy load condition.
