【摘要】 弱势群体的问题已经得到政府和理论界的关注,对弱势群体的界定和分层不同的学者有不同的表述,本文将城市弱势群体作为研究对象,分别说明他们所处的现状与面临的困境,并分析了各层次群体之所以弱势的原因,从理论角度说明应该对城市弱势群体进行权益保护的理论依据,针对城市弱势群体的实际,倡议对其进行系统的权益保护,并在对城市弱势群体的权益保护上提出了针对性的见解。文章分为四大部分:第一部分,对弱势群体进行界定。第二部分,分析了城市弱势群体的现状及成因。第三部分,指出了弱势群体问题对于构建社会主义和谐社会的负面影响。第四部分,提出建立我国弱势群体的权益保护体系建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Minority groups’ question already obtained the government and the theorists attention, Have the different indication to minority groups’ limits and the lamination different scholar, This article takes the city minority groups the object of study, Explained separately they locate the present situation with the difficult position which faces, the reason that and has analyzed various levels community the weak trend reason, from the theory angle explained that should carry on the rights and interests protection to the city minority groups the theory basis, in view of the city minority groups’ reality, proposed that carries on system’s rights and interests protection to it, and in proposed the pointed opinion to the city minority groups’ rights and interests protection.The article divides into four major parts: The first part, carries on the limits to the minority groups. The second part, has analyzed the city minority groups’ present situation and the origin analysis. The third part, has pointed out the minority groups question regarding the construction socialism harmonious society’s negative influence.
