【摘要】 城市体系是城市群体内部的组织及空间关系的一种抽象描述,是城市地理学的重要研究内容。城市体系研究对实现区域带动城市群的整体效益尤为重要,我们必须加快新形势下城市体系的研究,以适应我国经济社会快速发展提出的新需求。近年来,新疆城市规模和数量发展迅速,当前新疆已经形成了一个由首府乌鲁木齐、油城克拉玛依2个地级市,石河子、五家渠、阿拉尔、图木舒克4个自治区直辖市,16个县级市的所组成的新疆城市体系。但是,当前新疆城市体系存在一些问题,主要表现在:内部结构不合理,缺乏合理的城市分工;相互联系不够紧密,尚未形成有序化、网络化城市体系结构。这些问题必然导致新疆城市体系整体功能降低,区域发展相对缓慢。为此,需要对新疆城市体系结构构建有序、高效的城市体系结构,完善城市体系功能。本文主要包括以下几部分:第一部分,引言。针对当前新疆城市体系结构和功能存在的问题,提出了优化研究的必要性。在国内外城市体系研究回顾的基础上,根据新疆实际情况提出了本文的主要研究内容。第二部分,城市体系研究理论和方法的系统分析。通过对理论和方法进行系统化的分析,探索相关理论间的关系,以便于研究的开展。第三、四、五部分,从城市体系的规模结构、职能结构和空间布局结构三个方面对新疆城市体系内部结构进行优化研究。通过对新疆城市体系“三结构”的现状分析,找出其不足,并依据城市体系等级层次框架,提出相应的优化对策。第六部分,结语。概括了本文结论及创新与不足之处。更多还原
