纳米二氧化钛的光功能研究

【摘要】 在本研究中,首先采用脉冲激光轰击法(PLA)连续制备了纳米TiO2乙醇溶胶,通过TEM、UV-Vis和荧光光谱考察了流动相及其流速、脉冲激光输出功率以及溶胶放置时间等因素对所获纳米TiO2溶胶荧光性能的影响;其次,通过制备不同金属氧化物掺杂的锐钛矿型TiO2固体靶,采用PLA法连续制备得到一系列不同金属氧化物掺杂的纳米TiO2乙醇溶胶,并通过UV-Vis、荧光光谱以及XRD等考察了不同的金属氧化物、掺杂量以及掺杂方法对溶胶荧光特性的影响;再者,采用PLA法制备了纳米TiO2掺杂的两种金属氧化物混合有机溶胶,并通过UV-Vis以及荧光光谱考察了纳米TiO2乙醇溶胶的掺杂对纳米Eu2O3、ZnO、Tb2O3、Al2O3有机溶胶荧光性能的影响;最后,采用PLA法连续制备纳米TiO2/聚苯乙烯溶胶,通过滴涂成膜,采用TEM、FT-IR以及XRD等对薄膜的相关特性进行了表征,同时采用包络法计算薄膜的折射率,并考察了折射率与薄膜厚度、波长以及采用不同晶型TiO2掺杂的关系。PLA法为制备高荧光性纳米TiO2溶胶以及高折射率纳米TiO2/PS薄膜探索出了一条新途径。

【Abstract】 Firstly,Nano TiO2 colloids were successively prepared by focused,pulsed laser ablation(PLA).The TEM、UV-Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy were used to study on the effect of factors as the flowing rates of the flowing liquid,the pulsed laser output power,the age of the colloids,on the luminescence of the nano TiO2 colloids.Secondly, PLA was used to prepare a series of new-type TiO2 nano-ethanol colloids doped with different metal oxides,the UV-Vis,XRD and fluorescence spectroscopy were used to study on the effect of factors as different metal oxides,the dopant content,different doping methods,on the fluorescence properties of the nano TiO2 ethanol colloids.Thirdly, PLA was used to prepare two kinds of metal oxides mixing organic colloids doped nano TiO2,the effects of the dopant of nano TiO2 colloids on the luminescence of nano Eu2O3、ZnO、Tb2O3、Al2O3 rganic colloids were studied by the method of the UV-Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy.Finally,PLA was used to prepare nano TiO2/PS colloids,then the colloids were made to thin films,the characteristic of the films were studied by the method of TEM、FT-IR and XRD.The method of UV-Vis enveloping was used to calculate the refractive index of the films,the relationship between the refractive index and the thickness,wavelength and the dopant of different crystal types.PLA was used to explore a new way to prepare nano TiO2 colloids with strong fluorescence emission and nano TiO2/PS films of high refractive index.
