中南大学图书馆信息服务模式研究

【摘要】 高校图书馆作为学校重要的信息资源基地,其职责就是为学校教学和科研提供优质高效的信息服务。本文首先界定了图书馆信息服务和信息服务模式概念,然后介绍了相关的信息服务应用技术;接着介绍了数字化、网络化条件下,国内外图书馆具有特色的信息服务形式,以及在新的信息环境下,高校图书馆工作人员应具有的综合素养。然后阐述了中南大学图书馆现有的联机公共目录查询、利用虚拟阅览室阅览、网络参考咨询、网络数据库服务、辅助性读者服务、信息资源导航、统一平台跨数据库文献检索等7种服务模式,分析了该7种服务模式的功能、技术和流程,对存在的问题提出了解决办法。文章重点是为中南大学图书馆设计了一种新信息服务模式——基于RSS技术的个性化信息推送服务模式。在明确了RSS的工作原理和RSS技术体系的基础上,设计了该图书馆基于RSS技术的个性化信息推送服务模式的工作流程;并对应用项目进行了研究,这些项目包括信息门户、WebOPAC、数据库产品、虚拟参考咨询、信息公告、RSS服务个性化空间等;还就具体实施方案进行了研究。认为这种将RSS技术应用到图书馆信息服务工作中的新的模式,可以高效及时地开展信息服务工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the most important place of information resources, the university library’s responsibility is serves for the teaching and scientific research, provides high quality effective information service.Firstly, the article limited the concept and the function of the information service, as well as correlative information application technology, then introduced the characteristic information service pattern at home and abroad. Facing new information environment, the university librarians must have comprehensive ability.Secondly, The article take Central south University Library as a case . There are seven kinds of patterns in its work .They are online public access catalog, the virtual reading room, the network reference, the network databases, assistance service for readers, information resource engine, unifies platform databases search. The function, technical and flow of above seven patterns are carried on the discussion, the existence problems and treating measures are analyzed.Finally, a kind of recent information service pattern, personal information push service based on RSS technology is designed. The definition, the principle of work, the process of work, the technical system, as well as the application items of RSS in Central South University Library were introduced. The items are homepage, WebOPAC, databases, virtual reference, information announce, RSS service in personal room.The key steps also have been researched.By use of this kind of information service pattern, Information service tasks could be finished efficiently.更多还原
