合作技术创新项目评估研究

【摘要】 随着世界经济一体化的不断发展和各国经济开放程度的不断提高,企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,其核心问题是提高技术创新项目开发力度,提升技术创新能力,建立完善的自主创新和协同创新机制。论文首先分析了目前合作技术创新现状,对常用的合作创新模式进行了归类和分析。然后,建立了动态博弈下的合作创新博弈模型,并分析了影响合作创新项目的主要因素。在合作创新项目评估指标体系的研究方面,论文讨论了在不同创新模式下项目创新能力、项目合作能力和项目产出能力对项目整体的影响,对问卷调查的数据进行了因子分析和信度、效度校验,最后构建了合作创新项目评估指标体系,提出了将定性指标定量化和定量指标标准化的方法。在构建合作技术创新项目评估方法的过程中,论文分析了各种数学建模方法优缺点,根据项目特点选择了群组AHP法进行数学建模。在评估方法研究中,采用专家聚类分析法,引入判断矩阵一致性比例综合对专家赋权,最后提出了合作技术创新项目评估方法。在案例分析中,论文通过对某企业高新技术领域内合作项目的评估,论证了合作技术创新项目评估体系和方法的有效性。合作技术创新项目评估是一项复杂的系统过程,也是一种多因素的综合决策过程,在中国现有国情下具有广泛的应用前景和重要的现实意义,有待后来者的继续深入研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the development of the international economic integration and the improvement of the countries’ economic open degree, the central problem for an enterprise to win success in the cut-throat competition in the markets is to improve the technique innovation exploitation, enhance the innovation ability and establish the independent and cooperative innovation mechanismsThis paper firstly analyzes the present condition of the cooperative technical innovation, classifies the typical cooperative innovation models, establishes the dynamic game model and analyzes the main factors influencing the cooperative innovation programs.Referring to the cooperative innovation evaluating index system and viewing from different models, the paper discusses the innovative ability, the cooperative ability and the output ability, establishes the cooperative innovation evaluating index system and brings forward the methods to quantify the qualitative indexes and standardize the quantitative indexes.In the process of establishing the cooperative innovation evaluating methods, the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different mathematic models. According to the characteristics of different programs, the paper chooses the AHP method to establish the mathematic model. In the evaluating method research, the paper chooses the expert clustering way, inducting judging matrix consistent scale, to introduce the cooperative innovation evaluating methods.In the demonstration, by evaluating a certain enterprise’s cooperative program, the paper testifies the validity of the evaluating system and methods.Cooperative technique innovation evaluation is a complex systematic process. Besides, it is a multiple-factors decision-making process. It has wide foreground and great significance in China and needs more and deeper researches.更多还原
