衡阳市绿色物流系统研究

【摘要】 随着市场经济的发展,现代物流业对地区经济活动的影响日益明显,成为国民经济的支柱,因而越来越受到重视,成为当前最重要的竞争领域。而由于环境与资源压力的加大,人们开始注重提高资源利用效率,以降低经济发展的社会成本。这种努力促使以降低污染物排放、减少资源消耗为目标的绿色物流取代传统的物流。绿色物流是以可持续发展为目标的“绿色”运动向物流领域的渗透。目前,绿色物流仍属于一个全新的概念,还缺乏成熟的理论体系,但它显示出来的社会价值和经济价值却是巨大的。本文以衡阳市为例,从可持续发展战略的视角,对绿色物流系统的构建进行了研究。文章首先介绍了绿色物流的相关理论,剖析了绿色物流对于可持续发展的重要性,表明必须在经济高速发展的今天建立绿色物流系统。接着通过地理区位与经济社会发展现状分析,论证了衡阳市发展现代物流的基础条件完备并论述了衡阳市的物流现状及存在的问题,在此基础上提出了衡阳市物流发展思路。然后从物流与环境的关系角度讨论物流对衡阳市环境的影响,继而构建一个综合的、立体的衡阳市绿色物流系统模型并对其进行结构和特征描述。最后将该系统模型应用于实际,对衡阳市绿色物流系统的实施从基础设施建设、基础服务平台建设、应用平台建设和公共政策法规与制度等方面进行了论述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the development of the market economy, the influence of the logistics upon the economic activities is increasing significantly. It arouses much attention of people and becomes the most important competition realm. But with the worsening of the environment and the increasing want of natural resource, more and more attention is paid on its utilization ratio to cut down the social cost in economic development. Such endeavor promoted the substitution of the traditional logistics for the green logistics which target is to reduce pollutant emissions and resource consumption. Green logistics is a kind of green activity aiming at sustainable developments and permeating into the field of logistics. At present, green logistics is still a totally new concept lacking mature theoretical system to support. But the social and economic value it having showed us is great.This paper takes the case of Hengyang City, studies the construction of the green logistics system from the perspective of sustainable development strategy. In the beginning, the thesis introduces related theory of green logistics, analyzes the importance of the green logistics as to sustainable development, and concludes that the establishment of the green logistics system for present high-speed economic development is needed. Afterwards by analyzing geographical location、economic together with social development, demonstrates that the basic condition of developing modern logistics in Hengyang City is complete, states it’s status and problems, on this basis, proposes the Hengyang city development ideas of the logistics. It also discusses the Hengyang City’s environmental impact of logistics from the aspect of the relationship between the logistics and the environment, and then builds an integrated、three-dimensional green logistics system model in Hengyang City and describes its structure and characteristics. In the end, the system model is applied to reality, the implementation of the green logistics system in Hengyang city from the construction of infrastructure、basic services platform、application platform and the public policies and regulations is discussed.更多还原
