制药车间温湿度智能控制系统的设计及研究

【摘要】 在分析固体口服制剂车间(以下简称固体车间)空调系统控制要求以及目前还存在的问题的基础上,给出了固体车间温湿度控制系统的总体设计方案。它采用PLC控制技术完成系统的控制要求,并通过两级分布式计算机监控系统实现远程监控和集中管理。考虑到固体车间所需检测的温/湿度点数较多,为了提高数据传送的可靠性,降低系统的改造成本,提出采用“ITU总线”数字式温湿度传感器LTM-8901来实现空调系统温湿度的测量。由于固体车间温湿度控制系统具有大惯性、大滞后、参数不确定等特点,重点研究了模糊PID算法和预估补偿算法在温度控制系统中的应用。通过仿真分析表明所设计的预估模糊PID控制器具有较好的动、稳态性能,且对系统参数的变化具有较强的鲁棒性。由于对湿度控制精度的要求不高,为了充分利用原有的除湿设备,湿度控制采用PWM控制方式。控制系统软件的设计分为上位机监控软件和下位机PLC控制程序两部分,分别采用组态王6.5组态软件和Step7-Micro/WIN32 V3.2程序设计软件来实现。其中,上位机监控软件由多个界面组成,能实时监控空调系统的运行状态,并能方便地设定各项参数。
【Abstract】 On the basis of analyzing the control requirement and the inside problems of the air conditioner system in the solid oral preparation workshop (it is called The Solid Workshop for short below), the thesis has established a general design scheme of temperature & humidity control system. The scheme adopts the PLC control technique to achieve the requirement, and realizing the remote monitoring and central managements by two layers distributed computer monitor system. In considering of so many temperature and humidity spots need to be tested in the Solid Workshop, the scheme propose the way in using digital temperature & humidity sensor LTM-8901 with "ITU BUS" technology to improve the reliability during the data transmission and lower the cost in the system transformation.Since the temperature and humidity control system in The Solid Workshop has the characteristics of large inertia, large delay, and uncertain parameter, the utilization of the fuzzy-PID arithmetic and the predictive compensation arithmetic in the temperature control system is mainly researched in the thesis. The results by simulation research indicate that the fuzzy-PID controller with predictive model designed has better dynamics & stable state performance and even stronger robustness when the systematic parameter changes. Since it is not necessary for the high precision in humidity control, PWM is adopted, thus the original dehumidified equipment can be thoroughly used.The control system software is designed into two parts which are the PC monitor software and the PLC control programs, by using King View 6.5 configuration software and Step7-Micro/ WIN32 V3.2 program designing software separately. The PC monitor software consists of multi-interfaces. It can monitor the operating states of the air conditioner system in real time, and set every parameter conveniently.
