基于以太网的PLC-PC架构凹印机监控管理系统开发
Based on Ethernet PLC-PC Frame to Develop the Supervisor System for Gravure Press

【摘要】 凹版印刷以墨层厚实,墨色饱和均匀,色泽鲜艳明亮,承印物范围广,综合加工能力强,设备维护保养和维修方便等优点已成为包装印刷的主流方式。但是,目前市场上的国产凹印机由于技术原因尚没有将印刷现场与管理者的信息平台很好地结合在一起,实现印刷机实时状态和生产信息的自动交换。本课题基于陕西北人印刷机械有限责任公司生产的AZJ系列机组式凹印机,借鉴黄山永新和宝柏公司生产管理内容,采用数据通讯和过程可视化控制方法,开发出使生产管理人员能随时掌握印刷机工作状态,方便地下达、上报订单和统计分析生产信息,实现远程监控和管理功能的机组式凹印机监控管理系统。该管理系统的成功开发,填补了国产凹印机印刷生产实时监控管理的空白,提高了印刷企业的信息化程度和管理水平。本课题主要内容包括:(1)构建基于以太网的PLC-PC架构,分析下达、上报订单数据和PLC-PC之间的握手信号。(2)在了解用户需求的基础上确定功能及参数,选用SQL Server2005数据库进行数据库系统的设计开发。(3)使用STEP7编程软件,在凹印机中央控制器S7-300PLC程序中设计存储订单数据的数据块:使用ProTool组态软件,完成凹印机人机界面TP270上订单管理系统功能设计。(4)基于以太网/OPC架构的PLC-PC通讯技术开发,包括PLC与OPC Server之间的通讯和OPC Server与数据库之间的通讯。(5)使用OPCServer/C#编程方式开发设备运行远程C/S架构监控系统。通过本课题研究和实验室仿真实验,实现了系统的预期功能:(1)通过OPC Server/以太网通讯方式建立起PLC-PC之间的可靠通讯,实现了对凹印机运行工况的实时监控。(2)通过PLC-PC网络和友好界面实现了订单下达和订单上报。(3)通过SQL数据库及其操作实现了订单数据的查询、统计等生产管理自动化。
【Abstract】 Gravure print is becoming the main trend for printing and packaging business because it has the advantages of excellent ink layer, saturated and even color, broad range of stock, powerful processing capacity and convenient maintenance; whereas domestic gravure press cannot integrate the printing with supervisor system to automatically exchange real situation and production information.The subject takes AZJ series gravure press which are produced by SHAANXI BEIREN as the base, uses the management experience of HUANSHAN YONGXIN and PROPACK companies for reference; adopts videotex of data communication to develop the supervisor system for gravure press, which can make the operator know the working mode of printing press at any moment, conveniently send and report the information, analyze the production information and remotely supervise in-line gravure press. The management system developed successfully has filled in the gaps of domestic gravure press at real-time supervision, improving the management level and the degree of information transmission.The subject mainly studies on:(1) Based on Ethernet to construct PLC-PC frame for analyzing, sending and reporting the communication signals between recipe data and PLC-PC.(2) Confirm the functions and data on the base of knowing the user’s requirements; Choose SQL Server2005 database to complete its systematic development.(3) Design and memory the recipe data-block on the central controller S7-300PL for gravure press by using the programmable software STEP7; Complete the recipe management on Human-Machine-Interface TP270 for gravure press by using ProTool software.(4) Develop the PLC- PC communication on the base of Ethernet OPC frame, including the communication between PLC and OPC Server, PLC and OPC Server.(5) Develop remote C/S supervising system for monitoring the equipment performance by using the programmable OPCServer/C#.The subject has got anticipative result by emulational experiment in lab.(1) We have set up the reliable communication between PLC-PC by using OPC Server/Ethernet, monitoring the gravure press performance at real time.(2) We have realized sending and reporting recipes by PLC-PC network and friendly interface.(3) We have reached automatic production management, which can inquire and count the recipe data by operating SQL databank.
