基于坐标测量数据的位置误差评定软件包的开发

【摘要】 形位误差对机械零件质量有重要的影响。随着技术的进步,工业生产水品的提高,微型计算机技术的日益发展和计算机的普及应用,特别是坐标测量机日益广泛应用于生产、科研等各个领域,使基于坐标测量数据的位置误差评定方法的研究具有十分重要的意义。本文根据国标中位置误差的定义和评定标准,建立了位置误差评定的数学模型,设计了相关的计算机算法,并设计了评定软件。具体内容如下:根据国标中位置误差的定义和相关规定建立了各种要素每种形式的数学模型,包括:平行度误差(平面对基准平面平行度误差,平面对基准直线平行度误差,直线对基准平面平行度误差和直线对基准直线平行度误差),垂直度误差(平面对基准平面垂直度误差,平面对基准直线垂直度误差,直线对基准平面垂直度误差和直线对基准直线垂直度误差),跳动误差(径向圆跳动误差,径向全跳动误差,端面圆跳动误差和端面全跳动误差),同轴度误差和倾斜度(平面对基准平面的倾斜度误差,平面对基准直线的倾斜度误差,直线对基准平面倾斜度误差和直线对基准直线倾斜度误差)。在数学模型的基础上,设计出了各种元素误差评定的计算机算法,包括:平行度四种形式误差评定的算法、垂直度四种形式误差评定的算法、跳动的四种形式误差评定的算法和同轴度误差的评定算法。用VC++开发了位置误差的评定软件,软件采用功能模块结构,每种元素均设计为一个独立的模块,开发出了界面友好,使用方便,便于理解的测量软件,为使评定结果更加直观。通过大量实例对本文提出的算法和设计的软件进行了验证,验证结果证明了算法的科学性、准确性和软件的正确性和实用性。

【Abstract】 The geometric error is an important evaluating indicator for piece part. With the development of modern industry, modern coordinate measuring techniques becomes a new technology of measurement. The research based on the methods of evaluation of the position errors is very important. According to the definition and evaluating standards of position error in GB, mathematical models of the position error evaluating method is established, arithmetic of computer and a evaluation software is designed in this paper. The details as follow:Based on rules about position error in GB, mathematical models of position error are established including four kind of parallelism error、four kind of uprightness error、four kind of movement error、four kind of lean error and gang error.Based on the mathematical models, the arithmetic for some kinds of elements are developed, including: four kind of parallelism error、four kind of uprightness error、four kind of movement error、gang error.Using language of VC++, a software of position error evaluating is developed. Module structure is adopt in this software and every element has one module.The correctness of arithmetic and useful of software was proved trough a lot of examples in this paper.
