计算机控制空气滤清器试验系统的研究

【摘要】 通过对国内空气滤清器生产企业实际现状的分析,得出国内空气滤清器质量无法保证的原因之一是检测手段和测试系统的落后。本课题旨在研制开发一套操作简单、检测周期短、测试精度高、投资小的空气滤清器性能检测系统。本文将计算机仿真技术应用于计算机控制空气滤清器试验系统中,通过数学模型的建立、控制器的设计以及可视化研究,对整个测控系统进行了仿真研究。首先,对系统进行了总体方案设计,包括系统的控制任务和实现方法、硬件方案的确定、系统的工作原理、主要设备的选型以及系统总体结构的模块化设计。其次,针对上述试验方案,对气体流量控制进行了数学建模。利用Matlab的仿真模块Simulink,设计了PID控制、模糊控制和Fuzzy_PID控制仿真模型,进行了数字仿真,得到了理想的控制效果。再次,作为整个系统的测控平台,组态王软件可以实现所需数据的输入输出,将复杂的数学运算交由Matlab完成,运算结果返回到组态王软件中,充分利用组态王软件丰富的图形功能,将数字仿真的过程及其结果通过动画形象地表现出来,从而实现了仿真的可视化。最后,利用Matlab仿真软件与工控组态王软件都支持的DDE技术,实现了两者之间的实时通信。本文创新之处在于:将组态软件和数学工具Matlab综合应用,充分利用各自的优势,找到了实现可视化仿真的新的解决方案;将传统PID控制与模糊控制相结合,引入一种新的分段复合控制方法,并将其应用于所设计的空滤器试验系统中。通过本课题的研究工作,实现了以计算机数据采集与控制为核心的空气滤清器性能检测系统。本检测系统的建成为国内空气滤清器生产商提供了一套保证其产品质量的有利工具,对今后空气滤清器性能检测系统的设计和制造具有一定的指导意义。

【Abstract】 After the actual state of the companies producing air filters in our country is analyzed, it is found that one of the reasons of the bad quality of the homemade air filters is the out-of-date measuring methods and testing systems. The purpose of this thesis is to research and develop a set of testing system to measure the performance of the air filters, which can simplify the operation, shorten the testing period, improve the testing precision and reduce the cost for air filter firms.In this thesis, computer simulation technology is applied to the air filter testing system with computer control, so that the entire testing & controlling system can be researched, through the establishment of mathematical model, the design of several controllers and the visible research. First, the whole system is designed in a general scheme, including confirmation of the controlling task and the testing methods of the system, the choice of the hardware projects, introducing the operation principle of the system, the selection of types of main equipments, and the modularization design of the whole framework system.Second, for the forementioned testing plan, the mathematical model of gas flow-rate control is made. With the emulational module Simulink of Matlab, the simulation models of PID, Fuzzy and Fuzzy_PID are designed, the digital simulations are carried out, and ideal control effect is achieved.Third, as the testing & controlling platform of the whole system, Kingview can be used to input/output data needed, and to make the complicated mathematical operation accomplished in Matlab, then its operational result is returned to Kingview. Ultimately, by making the full use of the affluent graphic function of configuration software Kingview, the emulational course and its results are represented vividly in the way of animated drawing, thus the visualization of sumulation is achieved.Last, the synchronous communication is achieved between simulation software Matlab and control software Kingview in industry, by DDE technology supported by two sides.There are two innovative points in this paper. With the comprehensive utilization of the advantages of configuration software and mathematical tool Matlab, a new resolvent is found for the realization of visible simulation. A new staged composite control method Fuzzy_PID is adopted combining traditional PID control and Fuzzy control, and is applied to the air filter testing system designed. Through the study of this thesis, the system to measure the performance of the air filters based on the data collection and computer automatic control system has been completed. The accomplishment of this testing system offers a set of facility for the filter companies in our country to guarantee the quality of their products. Meanwile, this thesis has some guides to the design and manufacture of the newly-built air filter testing systems.
