低速风洞模型姿态及试验辅助控制系统的开发

【摘要】 低速风洞试验技术是专门用来在低速风洞中研究飞行器在不同攻角、不同侧滑角时气动特性的一项常见试验技术。该项技术的核心设备是模型姿态装置,该装置原有的控制系统电子元件老化、可靠性降低,已不能满足型号试验的需求,研制新的控制系统迫在眉睫。本文介绍了风洞试验技术和PXI技术的现状和发展趋势,阐述了研制新控制系统的重要性和必要性,根据新控制系统的技术指标及功能要求,结合当今机电发展趋势,提出了模型姿态及试验辅助控制系统方案。该方案采用以工控机、PXIS-2630机箱、PCI/PXI连接卡、模拟量控制卡、定时/计数器卡、开关量输入/输出卡、可编程逻辑控制器、交流伺服电机及其驱动器、交流异步电机及其变频调速器、步进电机和步进电机驱动器为核心部件组成控制系统。本文在阐述了CompactPCI/PXI总线、变频调速、交流伺服和PLC控制等技术的基础上,利用以上技术构成各个子系统,并对其组成及控制原理进行了分析。针对模型姿态及试验辅助控制系统完成的功能,以LabWindows/CVI作为软件开发平台开发了上位机控制软件,与风洞测量控制系统组成局域网,实现了网络通讯和控制。在实际应用中,根据试验需要,对该系统进行了动静态测试,并通过测试,现已投入到型号试验,为我国飞行器及水中兵器的研制提供了可靠的试验平台。

【Abstract】 Wind-tunnel test technique is a general method used to study the aerodynamic characteristics of aircraft whichi is in variable attack angle and variable yawing angle.The model gesture equipment is the core device of this technique. The electronic components of its control system is aging and the reliability is falling, it has not satisfied our customers established new requirements, so it is urgent to develop a new control system.This paper presents the research and development situation of the wind-tunnel test technique and PXI technique, describes the importance and urgency for developing the new control system, combines with development trend of electromechanical, presents project of model gesture and test accessories control system based on properties and function requirements of new control system. The core parts of control system consists of IPC, PXI Classis, PCI/PXI Connect Card, Multi-Channel Analog Output Cards, Timer/Counter Card, Digital I/O Board, AC servo motor and AC servo driver, AC motor and inverter, Step motor and its driver. The paper demonstrates CompactPCI/ PXI bus, inverter, AC servo and PLC control technique so on, using above technique consists kinds of sub-system, and analyses its components and control principle. Control software is developed aiming at functions of the device, and based on Labwindows/CVI software platform. The new control system and wind tunnel measurement and control system constitute LAN, realized network communication and control.In practice, the system has been static and dynamics tested successfully according the need of tests. It has succeeded in applying model test and offered reliable test platform for development of aircrafts and under water weapons.
