复合杆体结构动力分析

【摘要】 本文利用ANSYS瞬态动力学分析,研究了复合杆体结构在具有工程背景的105mm脱壳穿甲弹中的应用。包括弹托与复合层之间啮合结构,和复合层的形状结构及尺寸。主要成果如下:(1)将间隙啮合技术运用到105mm穿甲弹中,设计出合理的间隙,验证了其对改善弹托齿根面受力状况的可行性;(2)设计长径比加大到40后的穿甲弹结构,设计复合杆体的结构,分析表明这种结构可以很好的改善弹芯的受力状况;(3)分析了复合层的厚度和长度变化对弹芯发射强度的影响规律,得出比较合理的复合层结构尺寸;(4)研究了采用复合杆后弹托齿根面的受力变化,分析了等效应力随复合层厚度和长度变化的规律;

【Abstract】 This paper studied the composite rod by the agency of dynamic analysis. Applied this structure to 105mm APDS which has projected background in practice. Studied the structure and dimension of the sleeve of sabot and composite rod, including the figure and dimension. Following five aspects were studied:(1).The principle of clearance meshing technique was used. Designed the appropriate clearance to decrease the MAX von mises stress of tooth surface.(2).Designed the structure of APDS whenλis 40, and the structure of composite rod. Analyzed the impact of von mises stress that aroused by the structure of composite rod.(3).Analyzed the length and thickness of the sleeve how to impact the projecting intensity. And elicit the appropriate dimension of the sleeve.(4).Studied the length and thickness of the sleeve how to impact the MAX von mises stress of tooth surface.
