江苏康缘集团管理人员绩效评价研究

【摘要】 近年来,中国涌现出了大量迅速发展壮大的制药企业,对于这些企业来说,建立科学的人力资源管理系统,持续地引进人才、正确地使用人才、有效地留住人才均具有十分重要的战略意义。江苏康缘集团是国家新医药产业化基地的重点骨干企业、国家中药现代化示范企业、国家重点高新技术企业、国内A股上市公司。该企业虽然也有一系列的工作及素质考核标准,但对管理人员的考核已不适合企业的改革发展。在此情况下,本人感到有必要结合几年来在专业学习过程中学到的知识,分析当前医药企业绩效管理的状况,结合康缘集团实际情况和工作需要,为集团管理人员构建有效的绩效评价体系,成为了本人选择这一课题的初衷。本文共分六个部分:第一部分为绪论,对研究的背景、主要内容、思路和方法以及篇章结构进行了简要介绍;第二部分为绩效考核概述,简要阐述了企业绩效考核系统的基本理论,包括绩效考核的概念、原则、方法和程序等内容;第三部分是康缘集团的基本概况、公司发展战略、人力资源计划、康缘集团目前人力资源状况等内容进行了介绍;第四部分对康缘集团行管人员绩效考核存在的问题进行了具体分析;第五部分对康缘集团行管人员绩效考核的体系进行了再设计,并且用AHP分析法建立了考核指标权重体系。

【Abstract】 In recent years, China emerged a large number of rapid development and expansion of the pharmaceutical companies, these enterprises, establish a scientific and human resources management system, continuing to bring in qualified personnel. proper use of personnel, effectively retain qualified personnel are a very important Strategic significance. Jiangsu Kanion Group is the country’s new pharmaceutical industry base of key enterprises, the State Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine demonstration enterprises, the state’s key high-tech enterprises, domestic A-share listed companies. Although the companies have a range of work and quality assessment standards, but the assessment of the management staff has not suitable for enterprise reform and development. In this case. I felt the need to integrate the past few years in professional schools to the learning process knowledge, analysis of the current medical situation of the Business Performance Management, with the actual situation in Kanion Group and the work needs to build effective management of the Group of the Performance Evaluation System , Became the subject I choose this the original intention. This paper is divided into six parts: Introduction to the first part of the background to the study, the main content, ideas and methods, and chapter structure has been briefed; into the second performance appraisal outlined briefly on the enterprise performance evaluation system’s basic theory. Including the performance evaluation of the concepts, principles, methods and procedures; Kanion is the third part of the basic profiles margin of the Group, the company’s development strategy, human resources plan, Culture and Sport margin of the Group such as the current human resources situation on the content of the fourth part of the Kang margin of the Group of staff performance appraisal to the existing problems specific analysis; Part V of the Kanion Group of Bank staff performance appraisal system for the re-design, analysis and use AHP established a system of assessment index weight.
