液压式双联预压机的设计与开发

【摘要】 目前,随着烟草工业自动化水平的不断发展,以网络为基础的分布式自动控制系统的应用已日益广泛,这种系统使工人远离嘈杂的或有害的生产现场,改善了工作条件,实现生产现场无人值守,少人维护,降低人力成本,而且减少了生产误差,提高了产品质量。烟叶预压打包系统是打叶复烤生产线的主要设备之一,目前国内厂家使用的预压打包机存在诸多问题。一是机器高度对厂房的要求高,厂房须专门设计建造;二是保压时间和工作效率之间难以协调平衡;三是系统稳定性和稳重精度达不到企业的要求。本文以烟叶预压打包机为研究对象,根据企业的实际需求,对现有预压机存在的关键技术难题进行重点突破,实现打包机的高度自动化和高效化,保证了打包机具有广泛的应用性:采用双级缸,使打包机的高度大大下降;采用液压油路上的差动快进回路,在不增加泵流量的情况下提高执行元件的运动速度;采用预压实机构,使整机的高度进一步大幅度的下降。采用双主压头和双料筒结构,使系统运行更稳定,效率更高。更新换代后的打包机应具有协调快速、平稳高效以及便于与计算机通讯等优点,具有很好的经济效益和明显的社会效益,符合我国打叶复烤工艺的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduced the dual-hydraulic pre-pressing machines. Now, with the development of automatization in the tobacco industry, the distributivity automatic control system based on the network applies abroad increasingly. The workers using this system may keep away from the noisy or harmful production local. The working condition may be improved. Watching with no-person comes true in the production local. The maintenance is simpleness and the manpower is played down. Moreover, the production error is reduced and the production quality is improved.The tobacoo leaf per-pressing and baling system is one of the main equipment on defolate redrying product line. At present, machines using in domestic enterprises exist many problems. Firse one, the request that the height of the machine is so heigh that the workshop must be build specially. Secondly, it’s difficult to balance between the dwell time and the efficiency.The research object in this paper is tobacco leaf pre-pressing machine. With the real requirement of the factory, we break through the difficult problem of the key technology on pre-pressing machine and realize automatization and high efficiency on packers. At the same time, it guarantees that packers are applied widely. The high of packer may come down using doublestage oil cylinder. The movement speed of execution elements may be enhanced in the situation of no increasing the flux of the bump using differential speed loop on hydraulic pressure oil conduit. The high of the machine may descend further using pre-pressing machinery. The system runs more stable and more efficiency using double head and bouble feed cylinder machinery. The ameliorated packer should run speedly and harmoniously, it may be high performance, more steady and more easly communicating with the computer. It also should have more economic benefit and more social benefit and should accord to the needs of the defolate redrying arts in our country.更多还原
