某特种机械系统若干关键技术的研究

【摘要】 本文以军用多弹头步枪为研究对象,在查阅分析大量文献资料的基础上,结合环型弹和多弹头各自的优点,提出了多弹头环型弹的设计思想。环型弹具有一系列优异的性能特性,将环型弹推广应用于多弹头步枪后,依靠多弹丸形成的散布,可以提高弹丸的命中概率。本文针对军用多弹头步枪的结构动作特点,在进行了适当的基本假设和简化的前提下,以经典内弹道学、外弹道学、武器气体动力学以及多自由度刚体动力学为理论基础,建立了军用多弹头步枪的三自由度数学模型。在此基础上,使用VB语言编制了具有一定通用性的多弹头步枪仿真和优化程序,可以比较准确地模拟多弹头环型弹丸的全弹道发射过程,较好地满足了辅助设计的要求。本文对军用多弹头步枪射击时膛内压力、各机构运动以及外弹道特性等进行了仿真计算,对仿真结果进行了讨论和分析,找出了对军用多弹头步枪综合性能有较大影响的参数,并运用复合形法进行了优化设计,最终在一个具体算例中给出了几组优化结果,得到了一些有价值的参考数据,为多弹头步枪的设计与改进提供了理论依据。研究结果对研制更符合现代战争环境的新一代多弹头步枪有一定的指导作用。

【Abstract】 This paper takes a certain military multiple warhead rifle as the research object. Based on the analysis of abundant information, a new design concept of the multiple ring warheads is proposed combining the advantages of ring warhead and multiple warheads. The ring warhead has a series of outstanding performances. Applying the ring warheads technology to multiple warhead rifle, the hit probability of the warheads is improved depending upon the dispersion formed by the multiple warheads.Under the premise of some appropriate basic assumptions and simplifications concerning the construction performance of military multiple warhead rifle, a 3-D mathematical model of the military multiple warhead rifle has been set up based on the classical theories of internal and external ballistics, weapon aerodynamics and multi-degree rigid-body kinetics. On the basis of mathematic modeling, the general simulation and optimization program of multiple warhead rifle has been compiled by VB language, which can accurately simulate the whole trajectory launching procedure, and meet the demands of CAD better.Simulation calculation on the performances of in-bore pressure, mechanism movement and external trajectory, during the shooting of the military multiple warhead rifle, is made. Having discussed and analyzed the simulation results, several parameters which greatly influence the general performance of the military multiple warhead rifle are found out. The design is optimized using compound method; and ultimately several groups of optimization results are given out in a specific example, which give some valuable referenced data and offer a theoretical foundation for the design and improvement of the multiple warhead rifle. The research results of this paper have certain valuable instruction functions for the development of new generation multiple warhead weapons that will adapt to the modern war environment better.
