【摘要】 独立学院通常是指由普通高校按照新模式、新机制与社会力量合作举办的本科层次的二级学院。它是我国高等教育大众化发展过程中出现的一种新型办学模式,目前已进入到规范发展阶段,成为我国高等教育领域中的一支生力军。然而,面对激烈的教育市场竞争,独立学院想要获得良好的未来发展前景,努力提高自身的教学质量无疑是一项必须的策略选择。教学质量的提高,离不开教学质量保障体系的建构,对独立学院教学质量保障体系的构建加以系统研究,必定有着十分重要的理论与实践价值。论文主要由五大部分组成。第一部分绪论对独立学院教学质量保障体系研究缘起、研究现状、研究意义、研究方法及相关概念进行了阐述;第二部分分析了独立学院的教学特点和教学质量保障的特点,旨在说明独立学院教学质量保障与企业质量管理以及普通高校教学质量保障之间的区别;第三部分主要分析了影响独立学院教学质量的相关要素,并据此提出质量保障体系构建的原则;第四部分从内部和外部两个方面试图构建独立学院以内为主、内外结合的教学质量保障体系,其中内部主要围绕教学质量目标体系、管理组织体系、评价体系、信息反馈体系、制度体系这五个方面构建,它们是教学质量保障体系的核心,是外部质量保障体系构建的前提,而外部则主要围绕政府调控、社会保障、市场反馈这三个方面进行构建;第五部分以南京理工大学泰州科技学院为例进行个案研究,并从加强质量文化建设、加强实践教学和处理好三个关系这三点出发提出了作者的深入思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Independent college usually refers to the secondary college, which is the result of the cooperation of ordinary universities with the social forces according to the new mechanism and new model. It is the new mode in the development of popularization of higher education. Currently, independent college has entered into normative development stage and become a great power in the field of higher education. However, in order to have further development in the future, independent college will try hard to improve teaching quality is its necessary tactical choice undoubtedly when facing the fierce competition in the field of education market. The improvement of teaching quality is impossible without the construction of teaching quality assurance system. Systemic researching on the construction of teaching quality assurance system for independent colleges has important theoretical and practical value.The paper includes five parts. In the first part, the introduction presents the reason, actuality, significance, research methods and relevant conceptions on teaching quality assurance system for independent colleges. In the second part, the paper puts forward the differences between the quality assurance system for independent colleges and ordinary universities with corporation by analyzing characteristics of teaching and teaching quality assurance in independent colleges. In the third part, the paper analyses the relevant factors of teaching quality from three aspects, and then brings forward the construction principles of teaching quality system for independent colleges. In the fourth part, the inside-outside combined teaching quality assurance system for independent college includes two aspects. The inside part consists of target system, manage organization system, evaluation system, information feedback system and institution system, which is the core of the whole assurance system and provides precondition for the enforcement of outside part, the outside teaching quality assurance system contains governmental control, social assurance and market feedback. At last, after taking Taizhou Institute of Science and Technology. NJUST for example, the writer gives some reflections from three aspects, which are strengthen quality culture construction, focus on practice teaching and deal with three relations.更多还原
