军队现代物流建设研究

【摘要】 随着世界新军事变革和军队现代化建设的步伐加快,军队后勤保障作为打赢现代高技术条件下战争的重要因素,面临难得的发展机遇,也面临严峻的挑战和压力,需要认真研究借鉴商业物流和外军物流的有益经验做法,积极推进我军现代物流的发展,实现后勤建设的跨越式发展,以适应打赢高技术条件下现代战争的需要。本文旨在提高我军后勤建设和保障水平,较为系统地对发展我军现代物流进行了研究。本文首先从研究现代物流入手,介绍了外军军事物流的发展现状及趋势,对比分析了我军军事物流的差距和不足,交待了本文的研究背景和必要性。其次,结合我军后勤实际,提出了建立我军现代物流的主要依据、指导原则、目标任务和主要措施。最后,对发展我军现代物流需要把握的重要问题进行了研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the speeding-up of worldwide RMA and military modernization, military logistics support, as one important factor in winning war under high-tech conditions, is faced with severe challenges and pressure as well as a precious chance for development. It is imperative that we study and learn from business and foreign military logistics practice in order to push forward the development of PLA modern logistics in realizing leap-frog development in logistics building. This article makes a systematic study on PLA modern logistics with an aim at enhancing PLA logistics building and support.The article begins with the study of modern logistics. It introduces the status quo and trend of foreign military logistics, analyses the gaps and drawbacks of PLA military logistics comparatively, and states the research background and necessity. Then, in the combination with PLA logistics practice, it puts forward the main basis, guiding principles, objectives and major measures for PLA modern logistics building. Finally, it discusses other important issues in PLA modern logistics development.更多还原
