摘脱清选装置仿真及试验研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了国内外摘脱式联合收割机的研究动态及清选装置的研究概况。对单风道离心风扇+振动清选筛的清选原理进行了理论分析,建立了清选筛的运动模型,从理论上建立了物料颗粒在气流中的运动微分方程,并利用Matlab语言对该轨迹进行了仿真分析;建立了物料颗粒在筛面上受气流、筛面作用力后的上滑、下滑、跳动的条件关系式及其在筛面上的运动数学模型,并对物料颗粒在清选筛面上上滑、下滑和跳跃的影响因素进行了仿真分析。建立了物料颗粒透筛的概率模型并分析了其影响因素;在整机上做了性能检测,从其中清选部分的检测结果看,所选清选参数与理论分析是一致的。最后,引入遗传算法对清选装置的参数进行了参数优化,遗传算法的寻优速度较传统优化方法快。本课题的研究,对摘脱式联合收割机清选装置的运动参数和结构参数的确定和优化有一定的指导意义,并为进一步对摘脱式联合收割机清选装置的改进设计打下了基础。

【Abstract】 The research of stripping combine at home and abroad was introduced. The cleaning principle of single-channel centrifugal fan with oscillating sieve was analyzed in theory. Based on the theory, the motion model of sieve was established. The differential equations of the agricultural materials grain in the fun-flow were established in theory and its locus was simulated using the Matlab. The motion conditional expressions of the up-slip、down-slip and tossing of the materials grain with the effect of sieve and fan-air-flow was established and the motion mathematical models of materials grain on oscillating sieve were established in details. Besides the concerning influence factors of these conditional expressions were simulated and analyzed. Also the passage probability model of the materials grain and its influence factors were investigated. With the test of the whole-combine, its cleaning parameters were close to the theory values. Finally the Genetic algorithms (GA) was used to optimize the cleaning parameters and it was superior to traditional optimize methods.The study could be used to confirm and optimize the motion and structure parameters of threshing cleaning mechanism, and it will lay the foundation for the improvement of this combine’s cleaning mechanism.
