面向中小外贸企业的计算机辅助决策系统研究与实现

【摘要】 中小企业在当今社会全球化、一体化的趋势下,受到的市场竞争冲击更为强烈,如何在企业发展过程中进行正确的决策分析就显得至关重要。业务级的管理信息系统虽然将企业从繁琐的事务处理中解脱出来,但却无法帮助企业提供有效的管理决策依据。决策支持系统的出现为企业科学决策创造了可能。然而在人、财、物相对匮乏的中小企业成功实施决策支持系统并不是一件易事。中小企业需要适合它们自身状况的简单而实用的计算机辅助决策方案。本文在深入研究决策支持系统的基本思想及相关信息技术和方法的基础上,从中小企业自身条件出发,分析了其实施决策支持系统存在的障碍;以某中小外贸公司为应用对象,结合其存在的各层次决策难题,提出了以问题驱动型的辅助决策系统与原有业务系统整合的企业综合信息管理平台架构;探讨企业典型决策问题的计算机辅助方法,1、将以往手工配箱的方式通过启发式近似算法转变为计算机自动化操作,并提出了自适应遗传算法优化配箱方案的实现步骤,2、建立了以AHP层次分析法为理论基础的供应商综合评价体系,3、设计了基于OLAP多维数据分析理念的企业业绩综合分析模型,并通过实际用户界面展示;最后对中小企业信息化建设提出了几点建议。

【Abstract】 With the trend of Globalization and Integration in our society, small & medium-sized enterprises have greater impact on market competition. How to make correct decisions on business survival and growth is particularly important. Although management information systems have relieved people from tedious transaction processing, it could not provide effective supports on decision-making. Fortunately, the emergency of decision support system creates the chance to scientific decision. However, it is not an easy work to implement DSS in small & medium-sized enterprise which is deficient in human, financial and material resources. Therefore, SMEs need Simple and practical computer-aided-decision program according to their own conditions.This paper firstly presents basic ideas of decision support system and some critical information technologies and methods. Then the obstacles to implementation of DSS are analyzed based on Small & medium-sized enterprise’s actual situation. The decision problems in a foreign trade corporation are expounded. A framework of problem-driven decision support system combined with existing MIS is raised. The ways to solve the typical decision problems are discussed: 1、changing the method of packing from manual processing to automation based on approximate heuristic algorithm and adaptive genetic algorithm is put forward; 2、the model of supplier evaluation is built by the theory of Analytic Hierarchy Process; 3、an analysis of Multidimensional Performance is designed. Finally, some suggestions about SEM’s Information Construction are invited.
