基于PXI的多通道超声自动检测系统的设计及其多功能模块的开发

【摘要】 基于PXI的多通道超声自动检测系统方案的设计及其相关多功能模块的开发对国内的中厚钢板多通道超声自动检测系统的开发与实现具有重要的现实意义。本文在研究PXI总线规范和熟悉超声无损探伤相关知识的基础上提出了一种应用于中厚钢板无损探伤的多通道超声自动检测系统方案,并开发了基于PXI的超声检测多功能模块。基于PXI的多通道超声自动检测系统采用业界的通用结构包含有超声检测仪器子系统、电气自动控制子系统和机械伺服子系统。通过总结国内外系统的特点,系统设计采用了PXI总线与IP总线混合组网的方式,在实时性要求较高的部分(超声自动探伤部分),采用了兼顾实时性和可靠性的PXI总线,数据处理部分采用了开放式的TCP/IP总线。这种结构保证了探伤实时性和可靠性,增强了系统的可扩展性和维护的便利性。设计开发了基于PXI总线技术,以FPGA为中央逻辑控制处理单元的超声检测多功能模块。该多功能模块有机地整合了包括测速、监视探头状态、产生同步时序、选通探伤采集通道以及传输相关实时数据等多个独立功能单元,提高整个系统的集成度和系统模块间的协同工作效率。模块设计过程涉及到接口电路和功能电路开发,充分考虑了可靠性和可扩展性。实际应用表明该多功能模块达到了预期的设计要求,具有一定的扩展应用。

【Abstract】 The design of multi-channel automatic ultrasonic testing system based on PXI-Bus and development and implementation of multi-functional module based on PXI-Bus using in ultrasonic testing have great realistic significance for development and implementation of domestic multi-channel automatic ultrasonic testing system using in thicker steel plate. Based on the study PXI(PCI extensions for Instrumentation)-Bus norms and ultrasonic NDT(Non-Destructive Testing) familiar with the basic knowledge, the thesis proposed a multi-channel automatic ultrasonic testing system scheme used in NDT of thicker steel plate, and developed a multi-functional module based on PXI-Bus using in ultrasonic testing.Multi-channel automatic ultrasonic testing system based on PXI-Bus used the generic structure composed of ultrasonic testing equipment subsystem, electrical and control subsystem and mechanical servo subsystem. By summing up the characteristics of domestic and international system, the system designed with mixed networking way of PXI-Bus and IP-Bus. PXI-Bus with real-time property and higher reliability was used in the unit needing higher real-time requirements (ex. ultrasonic automatic flaw detection and processing unit). Open TCP/IP bus was used in data processing and form reporting. The scheme ensured real-time property and reliability of ultrasonic testing, and enhanced the system’s expansibility and ease of maintenance.The thesis introduced the design and realization of a multi-functional module using in ultrasonic testing, which was based on PXI-bus interface and adopted FPGA used as the central logic control processing unit. The multi-function module was composed of several relevant independent functional units which were measuring velocity, surveillance of probe state, generating synchronous timing sequence, selecting testing acquisition channel and real-time transmission of data. Multi-functional module improved overall system integration and cooperation efficiency of system modules. The design of multi-functional module involved the PXI-interface circuit and functional circuit development, meanwhile fully considered the module reliability and expansibility. Practical applications showed that the multi-function modules achieved the anticipated design requirements and had the certain extended applications.
