【摘要】 高校扩招促使学生数量急剧膨胀,来源也更为广泛;学分制管理的推广淡化了班级的概念,也弱化了原来以班级为单位的学生管理。由于宿舍内学生相对集中、稳定,因而宿舍成为继班级管理以来学生管理的重要阵地。但是,高校后勤社会化改革以后,高校学生管理部门与后勤宿舍管理部门权责不清,导致了学生管理工作的缺失。因此,在这样的背景下,探讨以宿舍为阵地的学生管理具有重要的现实意义。本文对X大学学生宿舍管理的实施情况进行研究,探讨在高校后勤社会化改革背景下学生宿舍管理工作的实际状况,并为X大学学生工作的改进提出建议。本研究借助访谈和问卷调查等研究方法,对个案校X大学学生宿舍管理及管理规定的实施情况进行了深入研究,探讨了X大学在宿舍的物业管理和学生工作中存在的种种弊端,由此揭示了新时代学生管理工作中所遇到的问题和挑战。在借鉴国内外管理经验的基础上,针对X大学的管理状况,本文提出了改进学生管理工作的建议。本研究认为X大学通过以下几方面可以改进学生管理工作:第一,加快社会化改革的进程,改善X大学的硬件设施,满足学生基本的生活学习需要;第二,加大学生管理队伍的配备和建设,增强学生管理队伍的素质,通过学生思想政治教育等方面的工作切实提高学生管理和服务的质量;第三,对学生自我管理进行必要的支持和指导,增强学生的参与精神和自我管理能力;第四,丰富宿舍的文化设施,营造良好的宿舍文化氛围,通过宿舍文化建设改进X大学的学风建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the college expansion of 1999, the number of college students has sharply/rapidly increased, the sources of which has become more extensive and various. Meanwhile, the popularization of credit system has caused the weakening of the concept of class and the function of class management. Dormitory, as a place of stable number of students living together, has therefore become an important way of college student management. After the socialization reform of rear service in colleges, however, there appeared the ambiguity of power and duties between student management department and dormitory management department, which caused a lot of problems in the dormitory management. Against such background, a careful study of dormitory student management is sure to be of realistic importance.This dissertation is mainly a study on how the dormitory student management is going in X college, which is to describe and investigate the actual situations of dormitory student management against the background of the socialization reform of rear service in colleges, and to provide concrete and advisable suggestions for the improvement of student management in X college.With the help of such research methods as interview and questionnaire survey, this dissertation made an intensive study of the actual dormitory management and the operation of management regulations in X college, probed the defects and problems in the estate management, property management and student management in the dormitories of X college, which revealed the challenges in the student management of the new era, and offered suggestions for the improvements of student management in X college based on the referential experience borrowed from home and abroad.The suggestions are as follows: first, to accelerate the socialization reform of rear service and to improve the hardware facilities so as to satisfy the basic living and learning needs of students; second, to improve the quality of accommodation officers and to intensify the construction of a dormitory management team so as to improve the quality of service and ideological and political education; third, to offer necessary support and instruction to students in their self-management so as to encourage students to participate and increase their ability of self-discipline; finally, to add more cultural facilities and build better culture atmosphere of dormitory so as to improve the climate for learning through the reform of dormitory management.更多还原
