金属纳米阵列材料的制备和苯甲酸衍生物的THz光谱研究

【摘要】 近年来,纳米科学技术得到迅速发展,利用化学和物理方法制备各种高度有序的纳米材料已经成为学术界的研究热点之一。本文以二次阳极氧化法制备得到的多孔阳极氧化铝(AAO)膜为模板,采用磁控溅射的方法直接复形得到了非常规则的具有纳米孔洞阵列的金膜和银膜。SEM和AFM结果表明,得到的金属膜的纳米孔洞排列规则,分布均匀,与AAO模板的孔洞排列一致。金属膜的孔径和厚度可以通过选择不同孔径的AAO模板和调节溅射时间、溅射电流、溅射气压控制。用这种方法复制金属纳米孔洞阵列膜工艺简单、快速、可控性强,为金属纳米膜的复制提供了一种新的工艺。采用真空蒸镀的方法,在AAO模板上成功的制备了银量子点,量子点的直径与AAO模板纳米孔的直径相当,约80nm,大小均匀,排列与模板上纳米孔的排列一致,高度有序。并以对硝基苯胺作为探针分子,研究了银量子点做为表面增强拉曼散射光谱基底的特点。苯甲酸及其衍生物是重要的化工原料和产品,广泛应用于高分子有机合成、染料工业和医药行业中。近几十年来,石油、化工、制药和印染工业的迅猛发展使其大量被使用,同时也带来了严重的环境污染问题。本文采用THz时域光谱测试的方法,研究了在室温氮气条件下,对羟基苯甲酸、间羟基苯甲酸、对氨基苯甲酸、间氨基苯甲酸在0.2~2.5THz波段的吸收谱和折射率谱。结果表明这四种苯甲酸衍生物分子在THz波段具有明显不同的吸收特性,本文给出了四种分子的THz标识谱,为有效地鉴别检测这四种分子提供了科学依据,也为进一步研究分子构象及相关问题提供了数据。另外,本文介绍了一种能够在THz时域光谱探测技术中替代聚乙烯的分子——苏丹红二号,用它替代聚乙烯粉末,和对羟基苯甲酸样品混合后压片,进行太赫兹时域光谱检测,得到了理想的太赫兹吸收谱图。实验证明苏丹红二号在THz波段没有吸收峰,能够起到稀释样品、支撑样品的作用,价格约是聚乙烯的一半,且在国内市场就很容易获得,在THz时域光谱检测技术中有实际应用的价值。

【Abstract】 In recent years, nano-science and technology have developed rapidly. It has become the focus of academics research to prepare highly ordered nano-materials with chemical and physical methods. We prepared anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template by twice anodic oxidation, and at the same time, the gold membrane and silver membrane with very regular rules of the nano-holes array were obtained using the magnetron sputtering. SEM and AFM results show that the metal films with inerratic nano-holes are distributed evenly, and the AAO template holes are the same. Metal membrane pore size and thickness can be controlled by different aperture of, the AAO template, sputtering time, sputtering current as well as sputtering pressure. This technology of copying metal nano-holes array membrane is simple, rapid, and easy to control. Furthermore, it provides a new technology for the replication of metal nano-film.The silver quantum dots whose diameter is about 80nm were prepared successfully on the AAO template with the method of vacuum evaporation. Quantum dots whose diameter is the same as AAO template have uniform size, consistent and highly ordered nano-holes. The silver quantum dots as the substrate of surface-enhanced Raman scattering spectroscopy were studied using p-nitroaniline as a probe.Benzoic acid and its derivatives are an important chemical raw materials and, and they are widely used in organic synthesis and dye industry and the pharmaceutical industry. In recent decades, to a large number of these products have been used as the rapid development of petroleum, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and dyeing industry ,however, it also brings serious problem of pollution. THz absorption spectra of the band and refractive index spectrum between 0.2 ~ 2.5 of p-hydroxybenzoic acid, p-hydroxybenzoic acid between, p-aminobenzoic acid were studied under the nitrogen condition at room temperature with the of method of THz time-domain spectroscopy testing. The results show that these four elements in the THz band have distinctly different absorption properties. We also give four elements THz logo spectrum, which provide a scientific basis for the effective detection and identification of these four elements and also provide data for further study and related molecular conformation. In addition, we introduced Sudan 2 who can be mixed and planished with p-hydroxybenzoic acid and detect THz in the terahertz time-domain spectroscopy technology to take the place of polyethylene powder, and have also obtained, the ideal THz absorption spectra. in experiments It has been proved that Sudan 2 did not have THz-band absorption peak and can play a diluted and supporting role of the sample. What’s more, the price is about half of polyethylene, and they can be easily accessed in the domestic market. There is a practical application value in THz time- domain spectroscopy detection technology.
