【摘要】 随着电网规模的不断扩大,电网运行操作工作量迅速增加,要求有与之匹配的技术手段、管理机制和系统组织方案,建立集控中心就是利用科技手段对多变电站实现无人值班的一种运行管理模式,它负责各受控站的远方运行监视、倒闸操作、事故异常处理、设备的巡视与维护以及文明生产等全面运行管理工作。集控中心的设立,大大改善了对无人值班变电站的运行管理和维护,并改善了系统的结构,实现了变电站管理的分层、分级管理,其产生的综合效益十分明显。这种管理模式改变了以往变电运行分散管理的方式,通过实时监控系统和远程图像监控系统,实现了电网运行远方控制,即对所辖变电站实现了遥测、遥信、遥调、遥控和遥视的“五遥”功能和倒闸操作的高度自动化,使运行更为安全可靠,同时由于所控变电站实行少人值班,减少人力资源,有效解决电网迅速增加和运行力量严重不足的矛盾,某种程度上实现了减员增效;开创了变电运行管理的新模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the electrical network scale ceaseless expansion, the workload for the electrical network operation increase rapidly, and therefore the electrical network need the technical method,management mode and system organization scheme to match it.The building of the centralized control centers is a kind of operation management mode making use of science and technology to come true the unmanned substation , the centralized control centers take charge of the substation under it control operation management about operation surveillance, switching over operation, accident processing, equipment patrols and maintenance , civilized produce. The instauration of the centralized control centers improve greatly the unmanned substation operation management and maintenance, ameliorate the structure of system, and come true the substation layered management, its integrated benefit is very obvious.The operation management mode change the substation old dispersive management manner. Along with the real-time monitoring system and the long-range system, the mode come true the long-range control for the grid operation, namely, the under control substation come true five remotes and high automatization for the switching over operation, it accelerate the operation safe and credible, at the same time, the under control substation come true less watch and reduce personnel, accordingly the operation management mode solve availably the conflict between the grid increase rapidly and operation person badly lack, come true the personnel losses and synergize to a certain extent, create the new mode of the ubstation operation management.更多还原
