预压装配式预应力混凝土框架节点抗剪性能研究

【摘要】 预压装配式预应力混凝土框架是采用工厂化生产的预制柱和预制预应力梁,运至现场直接吊装,梁柱就位后,将后张预应力筋穿过梁柱预留孔道,对节点实施预应力张拉预压。后张预应力筋既可作为施工阶段拼装手段,又可在使用阶段承受梁端弯矩,构成整体受力节点和连续受力框架,克服了装配式节点受力可靠性差的缺陷,解决了预应力混凝土框架难以装配的问题,形成预制预应力混凝土装配整体式框架,开辟了预应力结构工业化生产的新途径。本文通过两榀两跨预压装配式预应力混凝土框架在低周反复荷载作用下的试验,探讨了预压装配式预应力混凝土框架节点核心区的抗裂性和抗剪性能,给出了抗裂和抗剪的验算公式,并分析了次弯矩对节点抗剪性能的影响,本文用ANSYS软件对KJ—2的反向加载受力反应情况进行了模拟,希望对预压装配式预应力混凝土框架的研究和应用提供指导性的建议。
【Abstract】 Prestressed Subassemblage concrete frame is assembled by precast prestressed beams and columns with tendons in the joints of the frames. These beams and columns are hoisted in site and the tendons are passed through the moire pipes. So prestressing force is brought to the joints of the frame. These tendons also can assume the moments at the end of the beams in ordinary condition. By way of these tendons, precast beams and columns can be assembled conveniently, and the joints and frame are monolithic and continuous. Consequently, compared with common reinforced concrete frames, this kind of frame systems possess higher reliability and solved the problems in the process of assembling Prestressed Concrete frames. Also it forms the framework of Prestressed Subassemblage concrete frame, and explores a new way for industrial production of prestressed structures.The paper based on experiment of two subassemblage and prestressed concrete frames under low reversed cyclic loading. Pressure on pre-fabricated prestressed concrete frame joints cracking the core and shear performance, given the shear cracking and checking formula and analysis of the sub-node shear bending moment on the properties of paper used ANSYS KJ-2 reverse reaction force loading a simulation of surcharging hope assembly of prestressed concrete framework of research and applications proposal guide.
