装配制造执行系统的基础数据管理研究

【摘要】 本文以提高装配制造执行系统的柔性和通用性为目标,通过建立产品信息与企业资源信息的映射关系,使装配制造执行系统和现场设备、人员及产品等通过基础数据的设置形成松散耦合,以实现装配流程的可配置,并采用组件技术设计了功能组件和通用技术组件,以提高装配制造执行系统的柔性;同时,在分析装配制造执行系统基础数据的基础上,研究了产品装配BOM的组成、基于产品工艺配置和工位配置的基础数据集成模型以及基于矩阵的产品簇模型,以提高基础数据的集成和一致性控制;最后,论文运用统一建模语言设计了装配制造执行系统基础数据管理模块的用例图、数据库模型图及实现类,并构建了基础数据管理模块的原型系统,实现装配制造执行系统适应不同产品、不同工艺以及不同控制的要求,以提高系统的柔性及通用性。

【Abstract】 The object of the issue is to enhance the flexibility and applicability of Assembly Manufacturing Execution System. Though the establishment of the mapping between product data and enterprise resources data for forming a lax coupling between the Assembly Manufacturing Execution System and the workshop equipments, staff, products by setting base data, to make the assembly flow be configurable. The function component and general technical component are designed by using component technique to enhance the flexibility of Assembly Manufacturing Execution System. On the base of analyzing the base data of Assembly Manufacturing Execution System, the structure of product assembly BOM, the base data integrated model based on the product process configuration and station configuration and the product family model based on matrix are researched, to enhance the integrated control and consistency control. Finally the use case diagram, data model diagram and class diagram of Base Data Management module of Assembly Manufacturing Execution System are designed by using United Modeling Language, and the original system of Base Data Management module is built, to make the Assembly Manufacturing Execution System adapt to the demand of different products, different process , different control and enhance the flexibility and applicability of Assembly Manufacturing Execution System.
