【摘要】 设计研制测土配方施肥生产设备项目中,相配套的定量包装控制器设备。本产品设计的方向,主要用于测土配方肥料的生产中的自动定量包装,也可推广应用在化肥、饲料、粮油等行业的产品定量称重包装,可以极大提高生产效能,降低生产成本。电路部分采用高精度运算放大电路和24位模拟/数字转换器,保证称重设备的准确性、稳定性及可靠性;产品采用通用型设计,将流量秤、定量包装秤、配料秤等称重设备的功能集成为一体,通过菜单可自由选择、切换;功能设置根据中国人的习惯、喜好,采用中文下拉式菜单来引导用户操作本系统;面板按键设置简洁、方便,在按键上及显示界面均为中文字符,便于用户操作。针对测土配方肥料的生产中的自动化定量包装,本产品集称重控制、可编程控制、称重自动校准,二十四路功率输出控制、液晶显示于一体的控制方案,可实现流量秤、自动定量包装秤、配料秤等各种称重的功能。与合肥友特公司合作,并通过到徽商集团庐江分公司生产线进行安装使用,不断优化和修改中文系统的菜单,以及针对现场工人的实际操作方法和流程,优化软件,解决产品精度和速度之间的矛盾,提高产品的实用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Design and research on the Automatic const-weight packing for the Soil Determination and Prescription Fertilization . The direction of the production esign is ration packing in the production course of the Soil Determination and Prescription Fertilization ; otherwise, it can find application for the Fertilization , feedstuff and Cereals and Oils etc. This item can reduce the cost of production, boost the efficiency of the production.The design of circuit adopt the high precision Amplifier and 24 bit A/D convertor, insure the veracity , stability and reliability of equipment . The instrument adopt the currency design .It integration the function of flux Weighing , automatic const-weight packing and batch Weighing, the function of menu can be select by boxlist. The setting of function adopt the habit of Chinese .The system can be used by Chinese boxlist menu. The keyboard of panel is concision and convenience by use of Chinese sign.Automatic const-weight packing for the Soil Determination and Prescription Fertilization, It is the Instrument of Weighing control, Programmable Controller, Automatic calibration, 24 line Power Output control.
