基于C8051F320的便携式心电监护仪设计

【摘要】 动态心电监护仪(Holter)能记录病人处于正常生活、工作、活动条件下的心电变化,捕捉到初期的潜在的心脏疾病的心电信号,使心脏病的早期诊断成为可能。针对现有的Holter产品在实际应用中的局限性,本论文尝试采用目前电子技术特别是微机技术所提供的可能性,设计一种小型、轻便、具有实时ECG波形显示和ECG自动分析处理的心电监护仪。本文介绍了一种便携式心电监护仪设计,该设计围绕具有高性能和灵活接口能力的单片机C8051F320进行。基于对心电图原理及其诊断技术的理解,设计了由前置放大器、滤波器和单片机内嵌的AD转换器组成的输入通道。所获取的心电图数据在存入串行FLASH芯片AT45DB321之前采用数据压缩技术加以压缩以节省存储容量,USB接口的设计使得心电图数据能转储到计算机上存单或进一步分析。该设计可望形成功耗低,体积小,长期记录的便携式心电监护仪产品。

【Abstract】 Holter records human’s ECG while he is spending his daily life, aiming at early detection of the hidden signs of heart disorder and prompt first aid to heart diseases. This thesis attempts to use the up-to-date technology in electronics and computer science, to develop a compact, portable Holter with functions such as realtime ECG recording, display, automatic diagnosis and treatment, to overcome the limitations of present Holter products.This thesis describes a design of portable ECG monitor that is based on the microcontroller C8051F320 characterized of high performance and flexible interface capability. With the understanding of the principles and diagnostic technique of electrocardiograph, the input channel is constructed with preamplifier, filters and the ADC of the microcontroller. The acquired data of electrocardiograph are compressed to save memory space before being stored into a FLASH memory AT45DB321 with SPI interface. The USB interface is designed to facilitate the data transfer from the Holter to computers for archive and advanced analysis. The design may be developed to be a prototype of low-power, compact and long-term recording Holter.
