石油井下测试系统的研究及数据处理

【摘要】 本课题主要研究了在数千米油井下这种高温、高压、高冲击的恶劣环境下的射孔压力信号的存储测试技术。本文在综述了国内外研究发展现状后,提出了我们研究该课题的必要性。在对射孔技术和仪器的工作环境做了较为详细的介绍后,提出了我们设计仪器的要求和分析了总体设计方案。在此基础上,分别介绍了存储测试、采样策略、微功耗技术等相关理论,以及在此理论指导下测试系统硬件电路各模块的设计原理和实现方法。重点介绍了测试系统硬件电路的设计,包括传感器的选择、模拟电路设计、数字电路设计、电源管理模块设计、自制FIFO的设计以及基于CPLD芯片的控制模块的设计。这些设计的实现,使得电路的可靠性、精度以及电路的功耗和体积都有了很好的改进。通过多次实际测量得到的数据,也进一步验证了我们的设计是成功的。文中还介绍了利用软件Matlab下的Sptool工具箱设计有限冲激响应滤波器的方法,并使用Kaiser窗滤波器对实测数据进行了滤波处理。此外在数据分析上引入了小波分析方法,并详细的介绍了小波分析的相关理论和应用,从概念上比较了小波分析和傅立叶变换的异同以及利用小波分析的优点,并对实测数据做出了小波去噪分析。此外,本论文还对目前工作中存在的问题加以了总结并介绍了今后研究的方向。
【Abstract】 The main idea of this thesis is reach on the technology of memory test of down-holepressure under the thousands of meter oil well, where the conditions are very bad, such ashigh temperature, high pressure and extreme shock. After summarize the tendency andactualityofresearchanddevelopment,educedthenecessaryofweresearchthisthesis.After introduces the perforation and the process of fracturing, educed the requirementsof design the gauge and analyzed the way of the whole system. Introduces the technologyofmemory test and sampling theory and low consuming theory, with what theory guides wedesign the circuits based on the analyze. In this paper we introduces mainly the design ofcircuits of the gauge, including the choice of the sensor and design of analogycircuit moduleand design of digital circuit module and power management module and design of FIFO andthe design of control module based on CPLD chip. With these way, the reliability andprecision and power consume have made a good progress. And bymanytimes experiment inoilfieldshaveprovedthedesignofthegaugewasverysuccessful.We also introduces the way of design on FIR digital filters with MATLAB Sptooltoolbox, and use the Kaiser Window filter to processes the pressure data. Besides, we educesthe wavelet theory to processing the pressure data, and introduces the theory about waveletand interrelated knowledge. We make a different between the FFT and Wavelet, and educesthegoodqualitiesofthe wavelet analyze.Andusethewavelettoolboxde-noisedthepressuredata.In addition, the questions faced in current work and advanced research direction are pointed out inthispaper.
