无线传输系统中低噪声放大电路的设计

【摘要】 近年来,随着冲击波存储测试技术的不断发展,将无线传输技术应用于冲击波存储测试领域已经成为趋势。本论文针对冲击波测试对无线传输系统通信距离的要求,对功率放大电路进行了研究。通过低噪声放大电路设计,使得无线传输系统的接收灵敏度得到了提高,满足了冲击波测试对无线传输距离的要求。论文首先介绍了功率放大电路的主要器件——射频功率放大器的基础理论及主要技术参数,并根据设计要求选取了合适的低噪声放大器芯片。提出了射频功率放大电路的方案,并根据接收端无线信号具有的特点,设计了低噪声功率放大电路。针对功率放大电路的主要问题——阻抗匹配,采用软件匹配的方法,选用了Ansoft designer软件进行设计,主要应用了软件的调谐和优化两个设计模块,优化了低噪声电路的S参数、电压驻波比。最终仿真结果表明:放大电路基本上达到了阻抗匹配的要求。将低噪声放大电路应用于无线传输系统,传输距离达到了1km,基本上满足了冲击波测试对传输距离的要求,提高了存储测试系统的智能化。

【Abstract】 Today , with the development of Shockwave storage measurement technique, applying the wireless transmission technique to the Shockwave storage measurement domain already becomes the trend. Aiming at the request that the wireless transmission system for transmission distance, a research on power amplificatory circuit has been done in this paper. By designing the low noise amplifier circuit, the receiver delicacy of the wireless transmission system is greatly strengthened, which can satisfy the request that the Shockwave storage measurement for wireless transmission distance.First of all, this paper introduces the basic theory and technique parameters of RF (Radio Frequency) amplifier which is the primary part of the power amplificatory circuit, and then a RF amplifier chip that fits the system design is chosen. The design of RF power low noise amplifier circuit is put forward. Considering the features of the signal in the receiver, Low Noise amplifier are designed. Ansoft designer software is chosen to solve impedance matching problem., by using two parts of the software: tuning and optimization,the s parameters and voltage standing wave ratio are optimized. The simulation result indicates that the power amplificatory circuit has basically reached the impedance matching aim.By applying the low noise amplifier circuit to the wireless transmission system, the transmission distance of the system can achieve 1 kilometer, which has basically satisfied the transmission distance request. All above shows that the power amplificatory circuit has great significance for the intelligentize of the storage measurement system.
