GPRS在混凝土搅拌远程监测中的应用与研究

【摘要】 随着信息技术在工业自动化领域的不断成熟和发展,以往传统的工业监测方式暴露出实现效率低,资源浪费等缺憾,而以无线通信技术进行的工业监测开始出现,并逐渐显现出巨大优势。GPRS(Gerneral Packet Radio Service,通用分组无线业务)通信技术作为无线通讯的尖端技术,具有接入速度快、传输速率高、按流量计费、支持IP协议等优点,既能支持间歇的爆发式数据传输,又能支持偶尔的大量数据的传输,非常适合工业监测的特点和需求。通过对GPRS通信技术进行深入研究分析后,本文将GPRS技术与混凝土搅拌监测的特殊需求紧密联系在一起,提出了一种将GPRS技术引入工业监测系统的构想,并开始了基于GPRS远程监测系统的研究开发工作。本文首先介绍了GPRS网络各功能块和接口及它们之间的关系,归纳出GPRS网络与外部数据网的接口规程;分析了GPRS网和Internet的连接关系,以及数据通信的实现方式。随后,本文提出了混凝土搅拌监测系统的设计结构。同时,通过GPRS技术与几种常用无线数据方式的比较,进一步确认了GPRS在远程监测中的优势。在此基础上,讨论了该系统的几种组网方式,分析了数据中心接入Internet的各种方式,以及架构网络的两个关键技术—动态域名和端口映射的原理与实现。数据采集系统的硬件设计,介绍了基于三星ARM7内核微处理芯片S3C44B0X的最小系统设计,以及在此最小系统中嵌入Linux开发环境。GPRS通讯部分的设计,是GPRS模块与监控中心建立连接,实现数据远程接收和发送的关键。该部分阐述了GPRS终端的拨号程序设计。介绍了点对点协议(PPP)原理和实质以及建立PPP连接的程序实现。在此基础上,阐述了缓冲池及自定义通信格式进行可靠数据通信的程序设计。最后介绍了数据监测中心的软件设计。

【Abstract】 With the maturation and development of Information Technology in the domain of industrial automatism,traditional industrial control emerges several regrets such as low efficiency and resource wasting.At the same time,industrial control based on wireless communication appears and shows tremendous advantages.GPRS communications provides faster connection and data transfer rates.It also has advantages such as charge in information and IP-supporting.Intermittent burst out data transfer and sporadic vast data transfer are supported,which highly adapts to the characteristics and requirements.After profound research and comparison between GPRS communications and traditional industrial control ,we did close connection GPRS technology and especial requirements of transformer control in concrete mix system and brought forward a type of design in industrial control,which uses GPRS technology.After that,we began to research and develop the system of“Remote monitoring system Based on GPRS”.The paper first presents the features of GPRS;then analyzes the functions and relationship of GPRS network cells and interfaces in detail;at last makes great efforts to conclude the interface protocols between the GPRS and external data networks.It parses the relation of connection between the GPRS and Internet networks,makes clear the data communication mechanism of GPRS.Then, a new design of concrete mix control based on GPRS technology is brought forward.At the same time,through the comparison between several wireless data transfer modes,we affirm the advantages of GPRS in remote control.on the basis of it,discusses several means we structure the networks.Here more importance will be attached to the ones the data center server accesses the Internet.Since the technologies of dynamic domain name and port mapping are important and usually used. Since it ,It demonstates the hardware design of data acquisition system including the minimum system design based on the SumSung ARM-core microcontroller S3C44B0X,and the uClinux development environment.The design of GPRS telecommunications is the most important part.The part tells us the way to build connection between GPRS modules and control center and the way to achive data reception and sending in long distance.The part demonstrates how to design the MC35i dial-up program.Analyzes the principle of the point-to-point protocol.Then, demonstrates the buffer pool and self-defined communication protocol to assure data transfer securitly.At last,dissects the design of the monitor center software.
