双生病毒对烟粉虱生物学特性的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了双生病毒对烟粉虱生物学特性的影响,以番木瓜曲叶病毒为供试病毒。在不同温度条件下,研究了饲毒烟粉虱和健康烟粉虱在一品红寄主上的生物学特性,以及在不同寄主上的发育差异性、在不同时间感染病毒的烟粉虱繁殖力;利用Y形嗅觉仪测定了烟粉虱成虫对感染病毒和健康寄主植物气味的选择性,以及测定了烟粉虱成虫在不同寄主植物上栖息和取食的选择性、健康烟粉虱和饲毒烟粉虱体内已酰胆碱酯酶活性的差异。主要研究结果如下:1.16℃和21℃时感染番木瓜曲叶病毒的烟粉虱与健康无毒烟粉虱之间在发育时间上有明显差异。在16℃条件下,饲毒烟粉虱发育天数为64d,健康烟粉虱为52d;在21℃条件下,饲毒烟粉虱发育天数为42d,健康烟粉虱为36d;在26℃条件下,饲毒烟粉虱和健康烟粉虱在由卵至成虫的发育历期上有差异,饲毒烟粉虱发育天数为21d,健康烟粉虱为23d。在31℃条件下,饲毒烟粉虱和健康烟粉虱两者发育历期差距不明显,均为22d。2.饲毒烟粉虱和健康烟粉虱在烟草寄主上的发育时间差异不明显,而在一品红寄主上的发育时间却有明显差异。在烟草寄主上饲养时,饲毒烟粉虱和健康烟粉虱的发育天数都为17d;在一品红寄主上饲养时,饲毒烟粉虱发育天数为21d,健康烟粉虱为23d。3.3d成虫的饲毒和健康烟粉虱在寿命和产卵方面差别明显,在寿命方面两者相差天数高达5天,在产卵量方面两者相差32粒/头;9d成虫的饲毒和健康烟粉虱在寿命方面差别不明显,在产卵量方面上的差异明显,两者相差为44粒/头;13d成虫的饲毒和健康烟粉虱在寿命方面有差异,两者相差天数达2天,同时在产卵量方面上的差异也明显,两者相差为83粒/头。4.在烟粉虱对带毒烟草、健康烟草和一品红三种寄主植物分别跟空白对照的选择性所表现出极显著的条件下,烟粉虱对带毒烟草和健康烟草间的选择性有极显著差异,对带毒烟草和一品红间的选择性有显著差异,对健康烟草和一品红间的选择性有显著差异。在三种寄主植物上烟粉虱嗜食顺序为烟草、带毒烟草>一品红,在健康烟草和带毒烟草上的差别不明显。5.在烟草和一品红上饲养时,饲毒烟粉虱的活力值大于健康烟粉虱。但烟草和一品红对饲毒烟粉虱和健康烟粉虱体内乙酰胆碱酯酶活性提高的程度不同。

【Abstract】 This paper dealt with the effect of Geminivirus on the biological characteristics of Bemisia tabaci, tested by papaya leaf curl virus. The main researches were carried out with the biological characteristics of healthy and infected B. tabaci on the poinsettia under the different temperatures, the developmental duration on the different host plants, the longevity and oviposition in the different time to be infected the virus, the selectivity of adult B. tabaci to healthy and infected host plants by using Y-tube olfactory, the inhabit and feeding preference of adult B. tabaci to different host plants, aned the ACHE active of healthy and infected B. tabaci. The results obtained were as follows:1. It had the obvious difference of the development time from egg to adult between healthy and infected B. tabaci at 16℃and 21℃. The development time of infected B. tabaci was 64d and that of healthy B. tabaci was 52d at 16℃; The development time of infected B. tabaci was 42d and that of healthy B. tabaci was 36d at 21℃; It had the difference of the development time between healthy and infected B. tabaci at 26℃; The development time of infected B. tabaci was 21d and that of healthy B. tabaci was 23d at 26℃; It had not the obvious difference of the development time between healthy and infected B. tabaci at 31℃, with both of 22d.2. It had not the obvious difference of the developmet time from egg to adult between healthy and infected B. tabaci on the tobacco, and it had the obvious difference of the developmet time between healthy and infected B. tabaci on the poinsettia. The development time of healthy and infected B. tabaci was 17d on the tobacco. The developmet time of infected B. tabaci was 21d on the poinsettia, and that of healthy B. tabaci was 23 d.3. It had the obvious difference of longevity and reproduction between healthy B. tabaci and 3-day adult B. tabaci infected, with the difference of 5d in longevity and the difference of 32 eggs in reproduction. It had not the obvious difference of longevity between healthy B. tabaci and 9-day adult B. tabaci infected, but the difference of reproduction was obvious between them, with the difference of 44 eggs. It had the obvious difference of longevity and reproduction between healthy B. tabaci and 13-day adult B. tabaci infected, with the difference of 2 days in longevity and 83 eggs in reproduction respectively.4. Under the condition of very obvious difference among the three host plants to CK, it showed that B. tabaci had very obvious selectivity difference between healthy and infected tcbacco, and also had obvious selectivity difference between healthy poinsettia and infected tcbacco. B. tabaci had obvious selectivity difference between healthy tobacco and poinsettia. The sequence of the inhabit and feeding on three host plants was infected tobacco or healthy tobacco > poinsettia. It had not obvious difference between healthy and infected tobacco.5. The ACHE active value of infected B. tabaci was larger than healthy B. tabaci. The enhance degree of ACHE active was different between healthy and infected B. tabaci on tobacco and poinsettia
