电信企业品牌管理系统的研究与实施

【摘要】 对于电信企业而言,要在市场中求得可持续发展,办法之一是创建强势品牌,不断累计品牌资产。借助IT手段改进工作流来提升电信运营商品牌管理的能力,成为我们设计电信企业品牌管理系统的根本目标。一般来说,运营商日常品牌管理呈现多品牌、渠道多、覆盖广的特点,如何有效驱动工作流来策划和执行品牌管理过程,就显的非常重要。TBMS帮助电信企业用户实现了品牌管理的智能化,为他们提供了一个专业的品牌管理平台和决策评价模型,满足各个角色应用的需要。特别是,有助于电信企业品牌管理人员革新传统的品牌管理方式,简化程序、增进效率、及时评价、提高成效。
【Abstract】 For telecom enterprises, create a strong brand and increase brand asset is in the market to achieve sustainable development one. With IT tools to improve workflow and enhance telecommunications operators brand management capability, just we design Telecommunications Enterprise Brand Management System fundamental goal.Generally, operators’ day-to-day brand management brand is characterized by multi-channel and wide coverage . How to work effectively driven flow, and the planning and execution of brand management process is very important.TBMS help telecommunications enterprises users realize the intelligent brand management, and provide a professional brand management platform to them. Also policy evaluation model will be able to meet the needs of various roles. Especially, Help telecommunications enterprises brand managers change the traditional brand management methods, such as simplification of procedures, increase efficiency and timely evaluation of effectiveness.
