论企业的自主创新
On Independent Innovation of Enterprises

【摘要】 随着科学技术的飞速发展和经济的全球化,企业的自主创新已成为发展中国家调整经济结构和提高国家竞争力的中心环节。我国当前正处于全面建设小康社会、建设创新型国家,走自主创新道路时期,因此加快企业自主创新步伐,提高企业自主创新能力已成为我国企业势在必行的道路。本文在参考国内外创新研究成果的基础上,对企业的自主创新进行分析。首先,文章叙述了以“论企业的自主创新”为题目的原因,国内外对此问题的研究及选题意义,接着是对企业自主创新的概念、理论以及当前我国企业自主创新的观点进行阐述,找出我国企业自主创新内部存在的问题和外部发展状况,通过国外企业自主创新的分析,探寻出我国企业自主创新的发展思路,营造良好的企业自主创新的外部环境和内部环境,以科学发展观为指导,以人为本,探索和谐的、可持续发展的企业自主创新道路。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of science and technology and economic globalization, the enterprises for independent innovation have become the developing countries to adjust economic structure and improve the competitiveness of the national central link. China is currently in comprehensively building a well-off society and constructing innovative country, and takes a new road to independent innovation period. Thus, it has become an inevitable road for China’s enterprises to accelerate the pace of independent innovation and enhance their ability of independent innovation.This text is on the basis of referring to domestic and international innovative research results, and the independent innovation of enterprises is analyzed. First of all, the article describes the reason of the topic by "on independent innovation of enterprises" , the domestic and international to the research of this problem and the significance of selecting the title. Then it elaborates the concept and the theory of enterprise’s independent innovation and view of present enterprise’s independent innovation of our country, and finds out the internal existing problem and external development condition of the independent innovation of our country’s enterprises. Through the analysis of enterprise’s independent innovation outside the country, it looks for the ideas of development of enterprise’s independent innovation of our country and creates a favorable business environment for independent innovation of the external and internal environment. To the scientific concept development view as a guide, people-oriented, it explores a harmonious, sustainable development road of independent innovation of enterprises.
