天然矿物质防霉剂对干草捆防霉效果的研究

【摘要】 针对天然草地牧草干草捆在贮藏过程中霉烂损失严重的生产技术难题,选择来源广、价格低廉的天然矿物质—氧化钙作为防霉剂,添加剂型分别为固体和液体,其中,固体添加的剂量是:1%,2%,3%;液体添加的剂量是1%。研究不同剂型、剂量的防霉剂防霉效果以及对干草捆品质的影响。通过对比研究不同试验处理干草捆霉菌数、总可消化营养物质(TDN)以及粗饲料相对值(RFV)等检测评价指标,探讨了氧化钙作为天然牧草干草捆防霉剂的可行性、适宜的使用量、防霉时效性以及防霉剂与加工密度和原料含水量之间的适宜组合等问题。论文试验研究结果表明:①从本试验的各项有关干草捆防霉效果的试验结果来看,在天然牧草中添加适量的氧化钙是可行的。②在贮藏初期,添加防霉剂会影响干草捆内的温度变化,本试验中各密度处理中添加3%氧化钙的干草捆内的温度最低,添加2%氧化钙的干草捆内的温度次之;③添加固体剂型的氧化钙防霉效果优于液体剂型,在添加固体剂型时,2%氧化钙处理的霉菌数显著低于其他处理(p<0.05),TDN和RFV显著高于其他处理(p<0.05)。④干草贮藏90d,试验设计的氧化钙剂量均可抑制霉变的发生,当贮藏一年后,2%,3%氧化钙可以抑制霉变的发生。⑤贮藏一年后,在原料含水量为20%,密度为100kg/m3,添加2%氧化钙时,应用效果最好。干草捆在一定的含水量、密度下打捆贮藏,添加一定剂量的防霉剂,可以防止其发霉变质,使营养物质得以更好的保存,有利于干草的贮藏。
【Abstract】 The problem of serious rotten in native grass hay bale during storage, select native mineral–CaO as Inhibitor, added it’s solid and liquid dosage-form, added solid dosage: 1%, 2%, 3%;liquid dosage: 1%.Studied on the different dosage-form, dosage of Inhibitor in mold prevention and it’s Influence on hay bale Quality. Research on the mold fungus, TDN and RFV of hay bale, discussed the feasibility of CaO as inhibitor in native grass, added the suitable dosage, mold-prevening aging property and suitable combination between inhibitor, density, and moisture content. The results are as follow.①The results showed that it is feasible to add suitable inhibitor in hay bale.②At the beginning of storage, the temperature of bale changed with adding different dosage of inhibitor, The temperature of bale with adding 3%CaO was the lowest all of them, The temperature of bale with adding 2%CaO followed.③Added solid inhibitor better than liquid inhibitor in mold prevention. there was less mold fungus, high content of TDN, RFV in Adding 2%CaO(solid)( p<0.05).④1%,2%,3%CaO had inhibition of mildew after storing 90days, after one year later, 2%,3%CaO had inhibition of mildew.⑤After one year later, the hay bale with 20% moisture content, 100kg/m3, added 2%CaO was the best.Hay bales with moisture content, density, added inhibitor, prevent them to go moldy, are good for preserving their nutrition during storage.
