水分、密度的差异对干草捆贮藏品质的影响研究

【摘要】 本试验以典型草原干草捆为材料,根据不同水分(15%、18%、20%、25%)、密度(50㎏/m3、100㎏/m3、150㎏/m3)的差异,在一年的贮藏期内,对其品质影响进行研究。研究结果表明:①不同水分和密度的干草捆粗蛋白、粗脂肪、胡萝卜素含量随着贮藏期的延长其含量在下降,粗纤维含量随着贮藏期的延长含量上升。②不同水分和密度的干草捆,微生物大量繁殖的时期在7-21天,30天后基本趋于稳定。③不同水分和密度的干草捆总可消化养分随着贮藏期的延长其含量在下降,其中含水量18%的干草捆总可消化养分含量后期降幅较小;150 kg/m3的干草捆总可消化养分含量在贮藏期内下降较快,在贮藏2-12个月间总可消化养分含量下降幅度增大,50 kg/m3的干草捆在贮藏期内总可消化养分含量降幅度较小。④不同水分和密度的干草捆相对饲喂价值随着贮藏期的延长其值在下降,其中15%的干草捆相对饲喂价值在贮藏1个月相对饲喂价值降幅较小,2-12月间含水量18%的干草捆RFV值降幅较小;密度处理的干草捆在贮藏1个月后,50kg/m3的干草捆相对饲喂价值降幅较小,1-3个月间150kg/m3的干草捆相对饲喂价值降幅较小,在贮藏3-12个月间50 g/m3的干草捆相对饲喂价值降幅较小。本论文主要探讨干草捆打捆时适宜的水分、密度和干草捆最佳的贮藏期。

【Abstract】 According to different water (15%、18%、20%、25%) and compactness (50㎏/m3、100㎏/m3、150㎏/m3), quality of Baled hays in typical steppe were studied in storage (one year). The results are shown as follows:1. Contents of Crude Protein, Ether Extract and carotene in Baled hays, in different water and compactness, decreased with prolonging storage, however content of Crude Fiber increased with prolonging storage.2.Microorganism of Baled hays bred largely during 7 to 21 days and tended to be stable after 30 days.3.In different water and compactness, the content of Total Digestible Nutrients in Baled hays decreased with prolonging storage. The later extent about content of Total Digestible Nutrients in Baled hays which water content is 18 percent decreased slowly.The content of Total Digestible Nutrients in Baled hays which compactness is 150 kg/m3 decreased quickly in storage and extent of decrease enlarged during 2 to 12 months. Moreover, the decreasing extent about content of Total Digestible Nutrients in Baled hays which compactness is 50 kg/m3 was smaller.4.In different water and compactness, the content of RFV in Baled hays decreased with prolonging storage. The extent about content of Relative Feed Value in Baled hays which water content is 15 percent decreased slowly in one month. During 2 to 12 months, the decreasing extent about content of Relative Feed Value in Baled hays which water content is 18 percent was smaller. The decreasing extent about content of Relative Feed Value in Baled hays which compactness is 50 kg/m3 and have stored for one month was smaller, which compactness is 150 kg/m3 was smaller during 1 to 3 months and which compactness is 50 kg/m3 was smaller.Appropriate water, compactness and best storage of Baled hays were studied when bundling forage In this thesis.
