螺栓球节点平板网架结构的疲劳载荷谱研究

【摘要】 疲劳载荷谱是经处理的载荷一时间历程,它借助概率统计方法描述结构零部件在各种工况下的载荷统计特性,并确定载荷大小及其出现频次或频率的统计关系。因此,疲劳载荷谱是机械或结构零部件疲劳设计、疲劳寿命预估、模拟实验、强度分析与计算、以及可靠性设计的依据。本文简要回顾了疲劳的发展史,论述了疲劳载荷谱在各个领域的研究动态,同时介绍了国内悬挂吊车厂家生产的电动葫芦和电动单梁吊车的类型和参数。本文研究的核心是通过编制计算机程序实现理论疲劳载荷谱的绘制。本文通过目前先进的计算机语言C#、Matlab、SQL Server 2005使编制的疲劳载荷谱程序实现以下功能:1、各功能界面简单明了,具有网络化的优点。2、能绘制和载荷谱有关的各种曲线。最后,通过模拟实例验证了程序流程的正确性。

【Abstract】 The fatigue load spectrum is a load-time process based on probability statistics to show the member’s load character under every working condition and guarantee the statistics of load amplitude and its frequency. So, the fatigue spectrum is a basis for member fatigue design,fatigue life calculation,model experiment,strength analysis , calculation and reliability design. The fatigue development history is recalled and fatigue load spectrum dynamic situation in erevr fields is stated.Meanwhile, the type and parameter of motor hoisting and motor single suspending crane is is introducedThe theoretical load spectrum compiled by computer program C#、Matlab、SQL Server 2005 is the key and the fuction can be realized as follows:1 each page is easy to learn and has an advantage of network;2 it can compile the revelant curve.Finally, the right of program process is testified by model experiment.
